My migraine kept me up all night. It was really bad. I got to sleep around 2:30 I think, but got up again at 5 and the pain was still there but had lessened enough for me to make some coffee and take some more medicine. Then it finally faded.

I'm so thirsty today and nothing is helping.

I had my first huntsman spider in my apartment last night. It was small considering they can get as big as your hand. I chased it out the door and onto the balcony where it still was this morning. I just came home from spending the day at my folks' place and it was gone. I hope it didn't come back in.

I'm itchy all over. Something must be blooming outside and I got covered in pollen or something.

Thanks, Taffeta Today I'm free of any headaches (thus far) and the itching stopped.

I got a cardboard cut on the inside of my knuckle on my index finger taking a box apart It looks deep but it didn't bleed. Sure hurts though!

I've had little asthma attacks every day for the last week or so. This morning I had a horrible one that lasted around 2 hours. I'm still having trouble with it now even though I've been using my rescue inhalers.  The humidity was very high last week so much so that there was condensation on the inside windows at work.

Something bit me but I don't know what it was.  I'm really sensitive to insect bites and even mosquito bites will become huge on me.   

A few weeks ago I wanted to get a book at the bookstore but the staff had put it out early.  Today is the first day I've had a chance to go to the bookstore since then and the book I wanted is sold out now.  I know they will restock it eventually though.

I had another bad asthma attack early yesterday. I used my rescue inhaler but it didn't seem to help much.  I was going to do a nebulizer treatment later that morning but mom decided to clean out the cabinet that happens to be right next to where my nebulizer stuff is.  So I decided to use my rescue inhaler again and no medicine came out.  It turns out my inhaler was clogged so I'm not sure how many times I used it and never got the medicine I thought I was getting.  I cleaned the inhaler and it started working again.

I think it might be time to replace my wireless mouse.  It's a Gearhead mouse and it usually works fine although I do have weird issues with it from time to time.   I looked at reviews on Amazon and all of the current Gearhead mice don't have very good reviews.  I can't remember how long I'd had mine.


I found out the other day that the headphones I'm trying to replace are over 10 years old.  They still work but I'm trying to find another pair for when they quit.  I'm still having a hard time finding some that don't look like they will break on the first use.  I just want a good standard pair of headphones that I can use with my computer and iPod instead of having a separate pair for each device yet it seems like 99% of the headphones I've found will either work with one device or the other but not both.

For some reason I have a lot of hangnails. I was able to clip most of them off but there's one on my thumb that I can't get with the clippers and it really hurts.

Chasing a large house spider around my room at 2am...never my favourite job

I like spiders, but my mother doesn't, so letting a large one run riot is never a good idea. But it;s so hard to catch the large ones. They're fast and they're smart. In the end I tricked it into running into an empty basic fun pony box and tipped it out the window. But yeah, that wasn't easy.

That's not the issue, it's the moment of catch. I should probably add that I am not at all afraid of spiders...unless they're dead. I wouldn't want to hurt the critter anyway, but even more so that if I were to accidentally kill it in the chase, I would then be dealing with a whole other problem.

And I had to move the whole chair away from my desk to get to it as well. It required setting up a trap to get it to run into...which thankfully, worked!

I ran the tip of my finger through the sewing machine.  bent the needle and everything.  OWWWWWWWW

There is a huge horsefly in here and I've sprayed it directly with bug killer twice and it's still alive and flying around! Help!
