How do you remove a baby ballerina pony head

My box of bait baby ponies from eBay came today and I was wondering how do you remove the head on one of the Baby Ballerina ponies. I need to clean inside of all the ponies and either customise some or repair them in the case of the baby ballerina pony.

Use a hair dryer to warm and soften the plastic, her head will pop off. The legs will pop off in the same manner as well. They aren't glued or riveted in place.
