Oh I'll be interested to see them as well!  If you need any baity ones let me know, I have 2-3 hanging around I think.  Or maybe I'll be inspired by your creations and finally do something with them

Starrynights, I keep meaning to come back here to ask you this, finally I remember... Do the G2 mcdonald's pony heads come off like regular full size pony heads?  If I do decide to do anything with mine, I want to do it right and not damage anything.  Thanks.

The ones with a rooted mane have basically the same head as a G1 - large neck plug, glued down tight. These ones you may just want to cut the head all the way off at the seam if you plan on rerooting, otherwise you won't be able to get into the head with anything because the hole is small.
The ones with the rooted tail have a turnable head with a plug extremely hard to remove - you'll have to have lots of heat.
Inside the body cavity is extremely small, so to remove the tail push it from the outside with a screwdriver or something.
I haven't tried removing this neckplug yet but I feel like it may have to include cutting the vinyl open.
The tails are held on with a metal clamp and a washer like most ponies, so they can get tail rust.

By the way, the mane or tail is very rubbery on both, so you can slice it off and sculpt over if you want a fully rooted pony

I cut the plastic mane off to get a look inside of how the neck peg works - it is part of the plastic inside the head.
I think I'll make a weft and glue inside and then fill the gap up with clay and sand it down.
