Based on the artwork on the left, I'd say it's a Pony Life set so before G5.

i've seen that at our Walmart, they said they were auto-clearance some of them since they're not selling.

Some Cracker Barrel stores have the Basic Fun Twinkle Eyes.  I found at least 3 of them at my Cracker Barrel but I was in a hurry and the pics turned out terrible.


Walmart has this art set.
