EBay seller non-responsive

If anyone knows ashleynicole25 or if you are on here, please get in touch with me via pm!  It has been nearly a month with no replies to my messages to you through Ebay regarding $50 shipping costs that I paid to GSP (though shipping was supposed to be free) and I still don't have my plushes.  There has been no update on the tracking since Feb 12th. Says they are not even in transit yet!  GSP has not answered me either.
Ebay is recommending to report item not received and to get a full refund for both my purchases. I would rather receive my ponies.

Thanks Loa, I have spoken to them, as I was hoping they would have more insight to where these girls might be.  Unfortunately they had nothing further than what I had and are pushing me to open a 'item not received' case.
I understand international (US to CAN) shipping might be a little slower with all the quarantines and corona virus-related panic at the moment,  but one month (after paying immediately after purchasing) with no items (or even updates) is a little much  :shrug:

I mailed some ponies to Canada (Im in the US) on Feb 25 and they are on track to be delivered Monday, so it seems to be about the usual speed for shipping. If it hasn't gone beyond creation of tracking number I would agree with eBay and put in a report. Either it will push them to actually drop off the package or give you a refund

I opened up the "items not received" cases just so I would be covered.  I explained to eBay that I would rather have the plushes than the refund...they were 2 out of the last 4 I have been looking for!
Hopefully the seller will reply back to eBay's message and this is all just a big misunderstanding.

Well super disappointing on my end.
Even after eBay got involved the seller still hasn't responded this week and eBay is refunding me.  I didn't want my money, I wanted my ponies!  :pout:
So if anyone sees a really minty Hasbro Glory plush or a Hasbro Baby Lofty plush for sale being sold from somewhere other than eBay, please let me know.  I almost wonder if she realized she would get more money if she auctioned them, but then why not just cancel the order and refund right away instead of drawing this out?
I believe a negative feedback is in order for the way this was handled.
Ugh. Just...ugh.

So the Glory Plush I purchased (and got Ebay to refund me when it never shipped) from this seller is up for sale again, 5 dollars cheaper.  Even used the exact same photos.
Dunno what I did (other than pay immediately) to piss the seller off so that they wouldn't send them, but it would be nice to have closure.
Just figured I'd let you guys know!
