Can I view my "Notified" topics? & Broken Site Banner

Is there a way I can view a list of the topics I have selected to receive notifications on? I'm finding the "recent posts" part of the site unreliable for keeping track of certain threads.

Apart from that, for years the site's banner has been broken for me on most parts of the site, namely when I'm looking at forum posts. It always just shows up like this:

Ohh goodness that's an older theme that hasn't been updated.

As for notifications, we've been waiting on a bug fix for a while.

It's also the site default theme o_o
I guess that's true though. I'll use the purple or mint themes sometimes and they don't have that issue.
