I know it may be pretty trivial, but I've finally caught up on The Simpsons... well, sort of. Back in March of last year, as part of that whole stay home thing, I decided to have a big marathon of all Simpsons episodes I had watched so far (the first nine seasons and some of the tenth season) and then I would continue from there after a long break from the show so that I could finally know which episodes all those post-1998 scenes on YouTube are from, but somehow there would always be something getting in the way and it actually took much longer than I expected, but this night I finally watched the first new episode in years!

So you are now in the know about steamed hams. Congrats!

I actually watched that episode back in 2016, but now I finally know where Lisa playing the dingo game came from.

I need to do the same thing. so many Simpsons references i don't get because I haven't watched since the 90s.

The basil and chives i planted last year are doing well. i've always had bad luck with plants dying on me so i'm happy. i'm planning on making some pizza with some fresh basil soon.

I really want to start growing more herbs. mostly because the ones at the grocery store are expensive and usually go bad before i can use them. my grandmother grew up on a farm and always grew tomatoes and cucumbers at home. sometimes jalapeños and bell peppers too. so i know it's possible to grow vegetables in the backyard.

I finally found time to donate some of the stuff I no longer needed to a local charity which means more free space in the room, and while I was there I also took a long walk around the neighborhood and even took some pictures, the weather was lovely.

Sirprise food!!!

My cardboard levels had reached insanity, & were just too big to shift without assistance, so I was assigned a visitor who takes some away every week so I can chip at it & shift more than just what recycling allows. The visitor came today & said she had a food package to show me. I looked through it & though some was meat (so not suitable) I still got some bits out of the package: baps (what we call small round bread - it has a TON of names in the UK) & macaroni pies. I had two macaroni pies for dinner!!!
My Mascots (so far): Twisty Tail, G2 Trixiebelle, Starcatcher, Twilight Sparkle. All variants & pictures of these are appreciated. Piccies courtesy of Griffin, Blumiere, Littlebabyribbon, & Starscout

After a lot of my own procrastinating, I finally applied to a college. Now to just wait 30 days for someone to look over my application.

Best of luck to you Mewtwofan! I hope you get in and have lots of fun :accomplished:

I got a Luxray plush as a late birthday present! Well, I won one on eBay. I had to ask the seller if they would ship to Norway, they said sure, but didn't have an exact price estimate. Well... The total ended up being much more than the item was worth once I DID get the shipping cost. But my mom agreed to pay for it as a late bday gift, so I guess it's all good! Eee, I've wanted this plush for so long! :frolic:

Playing Haruka music. It's been a while, but the Haruka franchise has a special place in my heart.

Also, edit to add, today, Dad and I went on an errand to the local shop. And walking back we saw a young hedgehog in the forest. Completely unbothered by the fact we were there. My only regret is I left my phone at home so couldn't take a photo. So cute.

I ordered a few things from Amazon on Sat. One of them came yesterday and the rest of my order came today.  :)  I don't think I've ever gotten stuff that fast from Amazon before.  It was really surprising that it arrived so quickly because I don't have Prime.

It's my cat's 19th birthday today! :lovey:

She got lots of treats, both crunchy and soup style. Lots of love and I even sang to her :accomplished:
