Ive never recieved a reply to emails to them, and the number on the website is a discontinued number. At least it was when I tried last month regarding those two orders.I never had issues until I moved from Meridian to Boise. When I first started ordering from them, I generally order on fridays and would get my hair the next thursday.Now, well, I ordered two weeks ago and the tacking number still says preshipment on usps.com.
Well, I hope that it will end up working out for me, eventually.So far I have sent a total of three emails. Not one reply, nothing in the mail.We will see. I'm not giving up yet, but I don't know for sure if I will order from Dollyhair again in the future.
