Pink eyelash Princess restoration

Some months ago I got a Pink eyelash Princess from the fleashop  and she was in baity condition, I alredy owned a mint one before but...... 

I don't like the color choices in the  eyelash Princess I think they look boring that way  , I think  the same wit  the purple one but I don't own her yet

Anyways since I got a double now I desided to alt rehair the baity one    wit colors that make her match her body, I used DH pilot thermal pink, saran mint ice and polypropylene flirtatious

Her eyelashes had beeing trimmed from the outside so I had to pull the remains from the inside

the eyelashes look better off the pony (IDK why but it looks like Groucho Marx with them, to me) she looks much better as an alt rehair, looking good !

I try not to "hate" on anything MLP...but those eyelashes...I just cant love them She looks so pretty without the caterpillars!

I agree, I don't know what they were thinking of when they decided to do that on there poor ponies.

I like the colors you chose! It's difficult to tell from the pics, but is it obvious on her eyes that she's missing the lashes?

I have an extra of the purple princess with bad looking eyes. I actually want to re-do her lashes with some bright hi-lights...

Thanks, I got inspired by the colors in taffy candy , normaly I'm not a huge fan of pink but the pony needed more shades of pink to difference her wit the purple princess (both look similar), hopefully when I get my hands into the purple one I'll rehair her wit shades of  purple and blue

LOL, yeah indeed they are nasty, the biggest problem is that they are TOO thick,   those eyelashes eye glued very tight inside the pony, I had to use boiling water and pull them wit the needlenose pliers, the picture I posted above is the hair she had inside the head and there was a bit of hair left I couldn't pull off

She has some very tiny hairplug holes above in the painted line that makes the eyes but is very hard to see unless you watch her from very close

Thanks, is amazing what a color change can do  , the eyelash princess are pretty but they look kind of bland wit those colors since they are too common so is interesting seeing them wit unique colors

You are welcome, I was surprised by the glue mess inside the pony head, you would have the use the pliers gently to loosen the glue first (along letting the head into the boiling water) before you pull the eyelash, or else  the glue might rip the plastic since it was too sitcked inside the pony

So that's why so few of them actually are missing the lashes when you find them! Just imagine if they used a glue that strong on so softs...

Personally always find the eyelashes creepy, but that's just me  Love how you customise her!
