Oh, I think I've seen this girl before, but I didn't make the connection until now. This doesn't match any known Rarity (she always has multicolored hair if her hair is colored at all) and the style looks quite similar:

The fakie makers have gotten REALLY good- I learned that they are often the same factories that make the licensed products...

Getting glitter everywhere and getting occasional dust stuck to glitter really kills the entire sparkly appeal for me...and I really do like sparkly things.

but I just saw all these bbs with glitter inside & non-painted manes/tails and didn't recognize them.

Ummm. So, the opaque ones are both official and recent, probably. There is a Lily Blossom fakie that's impossible to distinguish from the real thing at that angle, but she hasn't been around much lately, and I think the others are all safe and from either the latest wave or the next. So this is probably a legitimate assortment. Several of those cutie marks I've never seen on fakies before, but they all do match past official releases and the body colors are more or less correct. And yet... why is Twilight a unicorn?

I think there will be several new Ponies as well. I personally can't regonise the green pegasus one.
EDIT: A it's Lucky Dreams and the Pink Applejack is Sprinke Stripe.

The only thing that's strange it's why Ribbon Wishes is included. Because she's a Wave 5 one.

I think I may have already seen fakes of these- from the same ebay seller who has the white/blue/lavender bodied fakies that mostly have generic cutie marks and sometimes have metal rings and keychains.

They are quite curious. That taobao seller that listed them sells both fakies and what appear to be legit ponies too so no telling what's up with these.
It took me so long staring at that pink AJ mold pony to realize that her cutie mark is a cupcake 
The only think throwing me off from thinking these might be an upcoming wave is unicorn Twilight and unicorn Berryshine/Berry Punch. Then again, Hasbro... so who knows. Even though I prefer solid color bbs, I think the ponies look really pretty like this. Hopefully they are real and we'll get a couple new characters out of the wave as well.

The glitter looks more like the glitter in the game pieces than the glitter in the fakes. The fakies seem to have bigger chunky glitter in them.

Part of the confusion could be the same manufacturer making both products - legit and fake. Although with Hasbro and the weird decisions they make on blind bags who knows.
