Utah - Custom MLP for sale on KSL

I was really surprised to see a very well done MLP custom for sale on KSL today. I was just wondering who the artist is and if they are part of the Arena.

I know someone in SLC that makes customs.  She's in the Utah Bronies FB group.

I would advise against posting a link straight to the ad, especially if it has personal contact information. And I am going to pop this over to customs for you; you may have more luck tracking someone down there.
