The color difference. Is that a Euro vs. US release thing, or what? (And are there any prototypes out there of her with the yellower colors?)

The Lucky Swirl with yellow in her hair was a wave 1 Euro release. She was in the same batch as the rare pink glittery Twilight Sparkle. The figure didn't have yellow streaks though.

In the somewhat related department, I just got a Lucky Swirl fresh out of China. She looks identical to the one pictured above, except for the codes on her feet:

Production date 41321 (May 12, 2014)
Wave serial: A8330 (???)

So what am I looking at here? Another impending Friendship Celebration Collection rerelease set, or do I simply not understand the little codes at all?

There's not a Lucky Swirl with yellow out there that I've ever seen. As far as I know the variation was just in the card.
That production code is the same as TornadoTwist's glittery Fluttershy though...
