Rit Dye numbers thread

OK so I'm starting a thread for Rit Dye numbers that would be useful to the community. To start us off I'm about to go off to look up numbers suggested for restoring fading pink hair.

Here's what I can't find: I'm hoping to make some G3 customs. I'd like to make Medley can anyone suggest a good colour green for dying a pale blue pony with white hair to a similar green to Medley? I understand the body may go darker since it's already blue but that's OK for me. So really I just need a Medley coloured dye. Can anypony help?

I found some info on re-pinking at the My Little Pony Preservation Project

But Rit has a new website and I'm wondering whether their product has changed because I can't find a 'Rose' Pink on their website! They only do Petal Pink.

Petal pink is the new rose pink

The problem with trying to use rit's color formulas is that they are designed/tested on white natural fiber fabric. Ponies, with their various materials and colors, don't take dye the same way. So don't rely too heavily on their color charts.

Great! Thank you so much for this. I have just purchased a long haired Medley for reference so unless anyone has any other suggestions I'll try to match her and let everyone know how I get on.

I used Rose Pink by Rit to repink the hair of most of the ponies in the past, but it never was the perfect fit for this slightly neonish amazing pink color, so I currently us Neon Pink (which comes in the big jars only) but it has amazing results, much better than rose pink.
