That'd be Snuzzle for me! she was a little too boring for me, plus she was one of the "sticky' ponies in my collection that it never occured to me to wash.

I just realized the main reason I fell in love with Snuzzle is her name, and when I was a kid, I didn't know any of their names. We had a VHS of Rescue at Midnight Castle, but the old cartoon was long over by that time. And of course none of the ponies I had were in RaMC! Applejack was my favorite in the cartoon, but funnily enough, I have no desire to get her as a collector now.
I'll put something here some time

I was pretty fond of all my childhood ponies, but my Magic Message Cuddles never got much love   She was kind of always on the outs of my herd and I thought she was a bit on the ugly side. When I started collecting as an adult, I even tried to sell her!

Thankfully (in hindsight), I was a newbie and was asking too much for her, and there were plenty of other Cuddles popping up for sale around that time so my girl never sold. When I looked into her little green eyes I realised that I did love her, and I even went so far as to get all her set mates as friends for her  :)

No I dont think so - I loved all my ponies as a little girl. However, I do think that now as an adult collector their are ponies I prefer now over those I had when younger. But there is the occasional pony - CP AJ, Bow Tie, Moondancer, Sunlight, Baby Blossom and Majesty who I have a soft spot for...just because they were childhood ponies.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

When I was younger I had absolutely no interest in green ponies or mountain boys. :P

Now I like mountain boys mainly because I think they are a good investment and I have about 50 green ponies, mostly Minty :P
Thanks to SDS for my siggy and avi

Sorry Mul-ta  it popped in my head yesterday because I was thinking about how much I disliked Windy when I was a kid lol.
Also German Swirly Whirly is sooooooo gorgeous!

Lol, nothing to be sorry about, you just spared me the trouble. :P

I really love peachy because she was so honest/kind and modest looking compared to all the prancing ponies. I still love her to bits. She's the only pony who's currently on display at my house.

This is such a sweet way of thinking about her.

Peachy is my main army pony i love her, as a child i wasn't interested in any collectors pose ponies, I owned Lemon Drop but back then I thought she was ugly, I'm sure I gave her a red permanent marker mouth when I was about eight.
Raven, Raven... Just wait till I tell this to my Avenging Lemon Drop Army! :lmao:

When I was a kid I used to think Twinkle Eyes were bizarre like fly eyes or something. Now I think they are way cuter and kind of neat.

lol, same here but the other way round.
As a kid, I fell in love with Fizzy. I didnt have any TE back then, but I always looooooved the TEs and though of them to be a best and most beautiful ponies in the world. Fizzy in fact is my favourite pony, but... I ... hate her eyes lol. As an adult I totally cannot stand them, I dont even understand why I loved them as a kid.
And back then I didnt like the Paradise Ponys. They were too bright, too bold for my taste but today I love them <3

There aren't any that I've got off but I didn't used to like Buzzer much. I have no idea why because I adore her now! Plus, she's bee related so that's an added bonus

When I was little I only had a small herd. The two ponies I disliked were Bow Tie and Lickety-Split and the reason was their hair - they both had curly hair which went to frizz. Although I now no longer dislike them (in fact I have a soft spot for them along with all ponies of that year) I still prefer silky smooth hair over curls. Ponies with straight hair are so much easier to groom!

Also when I was little, when I first got Snowflake and Forget-Me-Not I didn't instantly fall in love - I hadn't seen these characters before and it felt the toy line had moved on to me. I would have preferred a Moonstone or some other pony that I already knew about. They did grow on me but it was about a year later that I "grew out of" MLP.

Good question, but I can't say that I've really had a change of heart yet! Well, I didn't like MLP at all at first and now I do of course, but that might not count.

I have a feeling my battle may not be victorious on account of my only owning five pegasus ponies and one flutter...

 DnP DJ and Swinger added to the flying regiment tail whip gooooooooooooooooo!

So Soft Scrumptious and Cupcake bring on the fruit salad and chocolate cake to distract the enemy while Bouncy and Beachball load the ball machine.

Sergeant Lemon Drop AWOL after seeing the Snuzzledrops approach. Acting Sergeant Bowtie reporting for duty.

Bubbles leading a team through the mucky trenches.

Gingerbread laces cookies with sleep powder and sends Masquerade disguised as a Snuzzledrop over to give the enemy a nice peaceful sleep  for a few hours hehehehe

Oh my, what a bunch of kooks am I fighting?

2nd Squadron Leader Hollywood reports the surprise appearance of "helicopter ponies" in the battlefield and attacks them with Utter Flutter. Reg. Art. di Limone fires shrapnel shells and hard candy with lots of enthusiasm. First Lieutenant Confetti worries about her uniform getting dirty and spies on a chocolate cake she has spotted over on the enemy's side until devouring a cookie graciously offered by a Snuzzledrop. Garde-Kavallerie "Zitrönchen" charges the Starflowers of the rear guard.
