DH, how long does it take now to get orders?

Ok, I might be over worrying about this... but it's been at least 10 days since my last DH order and no email about the order being shipped... I had to do some looking to figure out stuff since I don't order hair a lot..

My last order looked like this:
Nov. 25: placed order/emails confirming order
Nov. 28: Payment taken out of bank (under the new payment system for DH)
Dec. 1: Order Shipped email
So this was in about a week span... but it was also all Nylon pony hair and a larger order with two blended hanks

Current order as stands:
Jan. 5: Order placed/emails confirming order
Jan. 9: Payment taking out of bank (under the same payment system as the last order)
And that is where I stand... No email yet... this order was all Saran, two blended hanks...

So am I just over concerned about not getting the email too quickly ?

Edit: I am aware that some orders before took about 2 weeks, I might have just been lucky and got some of mine in a weeks time... but still need to be sure.

I had this problem once. They put small orders in an envelope and those can't go through the sorting machines. It takes a touch longer. If you don't get it in the next week or so contact them and let them know. Usually my orders are received within a week.

 I would agree.  It's a little too early to worry.

 Monday is also a mail holiday.

I noticed on my new order (placed end of december - received it last Monday) that my confirmation email came to my spam folder instead of my inbox. Maybe it is in there?

I'll give it another week, I might just be spoiled with getting hair quickly. Normally the confirmation ends up in my inbox *esp. now since I have those kinds of emails set to 'important'*
