The hair kinda bothers me, and, from experience, unless prize toys are from an extremely popular series, they're bloody hard to find outside Japan. If they're Ichiban Kuji (type of lottery) some proxies will buy the tickets for you and then ship whatever you win. I don't know if they'd play a crane game, though...

often at prize fairs you see some unfinished work. the unicorns will be unicorns and applejack's hats will probably be the proper brown color when they finally come out. also, the first sets are in july and the next in august :)
