I think we are done! Thank you so much for everyone for participating.  Please if you are still waiting on something or you haven't gotten your feedback lets wrap this up so we can clear out the spots on your customs participation board! Much love to everyone, esp my co-host. 

heftysmurf76 has volunteered to co-host with me so I think we are good to seek approval from the mods on this one! If you have questions or concerns let us know in the beginning so we can tweak things a bit.    I think we are going to do as suggested and pull a Disney/Animated Movie Villain theme for this swap.  If you have questions about what would or would not be included just feel free to post.

Photo Check-in August 28th
Final Check-in/Shipping approval September 28th

Rules:
1. Four 5 star arena feedback that demonstrated reliability. (If all you have is ebay feedback or tp feedback I'm sure we can work that out too.)
2. Provide me with second method of reaching you (email, phone, other) in case you go MIA. (This will not be given out to others)
3. Skill based swap so you must be able to provide reference photos to demonstrate your skill level.  Check-ins will also require photos.
4. Check-in on time. Failure to check-in appropriately will result in the assumption you have dropped out. So if you have problems let me know when they occur or you will be dropped.
5. Pictures of your completed custom must be approved before you ship.
6. Please leave feedback for your partners.  They worked hard! They deserve the recognition.
7. Fill out the forms completely.  General forms are not helpful to a person trying to make you something that you like.  So please be specific about your prefs.  And I cannot stress enough to read your partners prefs and if you aren't sure ask me and I will contact them for clarification.
8. You must be of age as per site rules.
9. I reserve the right to refuse anyone who appears to be unreliable, difficult to work with, or to withdraw those who do not follow the rules.

Villains is a huge huge genre, there's arguably a villain in every book, film, story etc. so could easily be unmanagable in its limits ......

what about something like Disney villains? That would be an AWESOME swap and its something that most people would be familiar with :p

I agree Having it something like that would help narrow down what people want to do and what can be done Also if it was something like disney villains or movie villains etc then it would still be a big enough topic to get alot of different customs

With something like disney too, there's something for any customer whether they're 15 or 50, they'll have grown up with a disney villain wether it was the evil queen in sleeping beauty or scar from lion king

Is the feedback just ur trade count? My friend has alot on her trade count but most r from buying and I've only gotten one but I'm waiting on ponies arriving to their buyers

Yes it's just your trade count here on the area.  Do you have ebay feedback or trading post feedback that you could substitute, or would your more experienced friend be willing to vouch for you?   We want to allow as many newer members as possible so we will try to work with you.
