Monochrome Swap - Dark of the Moon for WeepingPiano

This was a challenging swap but a lot of fun.  I decided to do a pony all in black and shades of grey.  I tried to incorporate several themes my partner was interested in, including night, stars, and medieval things.  Dark of the Moon was originally a G3 Rarity, painted in a special blend of black paint and mica powder to mimic the pearly finish of G3 ponies.  It didn't go on as smoothly as I'd hoped, but it's the first time I've tried this technique.  Her hair is a blend of Black Magic and Nickel.  Glad you like her, WeepingPiano!

Very pretty. Your colour choice is really unique and I like how you have used such dark colours but not made the pony itself look too dark.  She practically sparkles!
