I feel like I should buy one to encourage Hasbro to do more with G1.  These look well made and the price is okay if you're not going to go bonkers with them.  I want to see more characters released (like Wind Whistler, Fizzy, Galaxy, and Paradise).  I want Hasbro to embrace their classic characters more.  And the only way to influence them in that direction is to vote with my wallet.

They will be less than $17 in stores, I think nearer to $15 or $14.  They're $17 on eBay because the people selling them have to make a profit while paying eBay's fees.

They'll likely be less in stores for you American folks, but with currency conversion I doubt we'll see any under 20$ up here. That's if they show up at all.

I think she is a lilac color and looks pretty close to original Sparkle. Maybe a tiny bit more pink than purple. But I do not have my princess ponies with me, or most of my ponies since I'm trying to figure out a way to display them in my new place. I should be able to go to my moms Thursday or Friday and take a picture of them together.

Yeah..... but I am still gonna keep an eye out!  I did manage to finally find a mini Glory at Chapters when they released those little re-makes   I DON'T want to think about paying $13 for her, but yeah....  as  Al-1701 said, gotta support what G1 we can!  I can't see myself buying that many though...

I would love to have Gusty, Firefly and Glory. Interesting that they included a princess pony. Kinda odd these are Loyal Subjects and not some other more mainstream toyline, but I won't complain. Any new G1 stuff is good stuff.

I decided to get one at books-a-million! It was $13.99 a box and I ended up with Gusty! 
I ended up super lucky cause she was the one I really wanted. Her rarity was 1/48.

I'm also confused by the golden firefly number of 1.  There is only one? hm.

Like all current G1 merch these are not made by Hasbro but are licensed to third parties.  I wonder what it costs to obtain a license on such things, in particular T shirts...where does one inquire as to a license/terms anyway.
