Such a cute idea! The only rearing baby fakies that I've saw around here are Pegasus pose (and usually always leaking plasticizer and are surprisingly super soft melty).

I have a rearing baby fakie like that that I was going to do the same thing to. Thought about making a rearing mommy and baby just haven't ever gotten around to it. One day. I love it with the uni head. So cute.
