I'd contact the seller and see if they could contact the Swedish postal system or whatever carrier they utilized.

I suppose I forgot to mention that I'd asked the seller a few days ago to look into it and they hadn't heard anything back yet. But yes, I did go to the seller first. It turned out to be a case of the parcel just not being scanned, it showed up today! Thank you guys for replying, I really appreciate it <3
