Anyone here besides me getting Fallout 4?
I'm a little behind the times...I'm playing Mass Effect 2 :D
My husband is excited for the last expansion to Starcraft II that's out today.

Love Mass Effect! I love games where I can make so many choices and have a romantic interest. Bioware is one of my favorites. I've played soooo many hours in Dragon Age Inquisition (two completed saves), but I'm thinking of starting a third play through...
You sound similar in game approach to me, dashesndots! I too romanced Thane (plan on romancing Garrus next) and really wanted to romance Fenris but spoiler alert (for if you lean towards the mages);I made that my canon save to import into Inquisition, but I will have to try a play through with different choices to see how things can go! All the Dragon Age games are great! My canon save is Solavellan too (have you played the DLC for the end of the game?! *cries*). I can't believe I finished all the Bioware games since I never complete anything and always have to play games on easy.SpoilerI was with the mages, he ended up hating me, and I had kill him!
My husband and I just finished Yoshi's Woolly World last night, it was amazing! I loved the final boss battle and I really feel like I need a yarn Bowser Jr. in my life.
Target is doing a buy 2 get 1 free sale on all their video games right now, so other than Mario Maker and Super Mario Bros. U, I'm trying to think of a 3rd game to get. I was thinking Windwaker HD, but I'm not sure. Decisions, decisions!

I wish they would make the Yoshi Woolly World for the 3DS! It looks adorable!!
I finished my Neutral run of Undertale and I don't think I have ever enjoyed boss fights as much as those in Undertale. They are hard but so incredibly fun and creative and incredibly satisfying when finished!
I am so stoked to get my Pacifist run completed and see the end boss! :D
I rarely use the power armor, to be honest. Mostly because of the power core usage, of course. But no, the game is playable without it. I'm a big light armor/stealth fan, too. The sniper route, I've found, is very doable. If you can get your hands on a laser sniper rifle early on, you can take a lot of things with skulls out from beyond their detection range. Weapon mods and Scrounger perk are your friends early on.Yes, that's exactly how I'm playing. :) Now that Raiders can wear power armor, too (God save us all), it's just best to be able to find a rooftop somewhere and deal with them from a distance. I really miss Boone, though -- he did at least half of my damage for me; I haven't yet found a companion that's even close to being as awesome as he was.

Don't cry!!! I sobbed at the end of my pacifist run, I can't listen to the final boss them without getting misty eyed (which is a shame because it's the best song in the game)
I bought the new Don't Starve DLC "Shipwrecked!" yesterday, now I have to learn all the new features~!
Right now I'm at the last dungeon in FFIII (NES), and it is an ordeal. I'm trying to make it without the use of savestates, so if I die, it's all the way back to the beginning. This is one of the most ridiculous final levels I've seen.Hah, sounds like it's the original Demon's Souls/Dark Souls. ;) I never beat FFIII. I've still been meaning to go back and do that one day...
In front of the tower where the boss is, there's another dungeon that you have to go through every time you want to get back to your airship to heal. And in the tower there is yet another dungeon where you collect the most powerful weapons/spells/jobs. And once you climb the tower, you go and face the boss who has ridiculously powerful magic that can kill your whole party unless they're all at full health. After defeating him, you go into another dungeon that you cannot leave. Inside that dungeon, you have 4 more bosses with ridiculously powerful magic, as well as the final boss.
On the good side, at least I have a real challenge.
I bought a bunch of other games during the sale that I never played - Portal 1 & 2, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and The Beginner's Guide (which I wanted because of how much I loved The Stanley Parable) but I haven't touched them yet.
OMG there are ponies in Fallout 4! There's this toy in the game called "Giddy-up Buttercup" and I found the toy factory and picked up about 20 of these ponies to decorate my in-game house with. They weigh about 60 lbs. each (they're supposed to be something a kid could "ride," I guess) so it took my whole inventory to carry them back.I found those yesterday when I was doing the quest for the little ghoul boy. I only snagged three of them, as I was pretty heavily burdened, even in my power armor. I set them up in my Red Rocket station, but I'm considering moving them to where my P.A. suits are playing pool. I'm lvl 40 now, and I'm debating the merits of pushing to the lvl 50 trophy or going ahead and starting my "sarcastic" campaign. The beauty of this game is the replay factor, given that you can side with the four different factions at endgame. I admit to some small amount of glee at doing the Brotherhood of Steel story. Figured I'd get one of the prick storylines done first. Next, I might do the Institute. I really like the Minutemen, but the Railroad kinda set me off.
So yeah, still playing Fallout. ;)
Lol, you guys and your Fallout stories. :D I'll have to try spiking Int on my next playthrough. Though I don't know when there will be a next playthrough... I'm about lvl 40 and I'm not even halfway through the main storyline yet. I'm just doing everything else instead. :)
Edit: I'm starting to wonder if we need a separate thread for Fallout discussion... ;)
I started playing Yoshi's Wooly World.Same here! Going for 100% completion :)
Ponyfan
Tiella and I used to play Tera, and for a time ran a great RP guild, but a bunch of drama soured us on the community. Had more drama there in two months' time than we had in seven years of playing WoW or any other MMO. YMMV, naturally, but we won't be going back there.
We're playing Final Fantasy XIV nowadays for our MMO fix, and really enjoying ourselves.

Steam winter sale! I got a Target gift card for X-Mas and used it to buy a Steam gift card (and ponies). :D So I'm adding to my incredibly large backlog right now.
Also, my brother convinced me to finally play some Terraria for the first time over Christmas. I am TERRIBLE at that game. I don't think I'll be playing much more of it.
I'm on Tales of Eternia (which for some reason they called Tales of Destiny II in English) ...
Just got home from holiday, so it's time to get back into Fallout 4 for me! :biggrin:Ditto! :D Though I might go back and finish a few other games that I had started before I got Fallout 4...
Lots of Guild Wars 2. Finally got my first character to max level so I've been enjoying the content. And working on the professions I neglected. >_>Are a lot of people still playing Guild Wars 2? I've been wanting to play it but I still don't have it... though I guess the few other MMORPGs I play still have a lot of people in them and they're way older...
My bf and I just finished all three parts of .Hack G.U. .Aaaaahhhh! The .Hack games are some of my very favorites! Man, there was so much merch associated with those games. I have most of the anime, manga, books, card games, and soundtracks that were released outside of Japan (and some that I ordered from Japan). I really wish they'd make a HD collection of both series' for PS3 or PS4. :D
I'm in the middle of a bajillion games, as usual, but I started the Tales of Symphonia remake yesterday. I haven't played it yet and it's been sitting on my to-play stack for ages! I was getting a little bored of Fallout 4 (finally), too. :)I just started the GC version last week! A friend of mine got the remaster last year, so she lent me her old copy. :lovey:
I finished writing up my Undertale liveblog (http://sans-everything.tumblr.com/tagged/liveblog/chrono)The true ending actually has the answers to a bunch of your questions at the end! I'd definitely recommend it, if you're interested enough to find out.
I've done 90% of the trophies for Fallout 4, and the others are merely tedium during gameplay (bobbleheads, lvl 50, mercenary, benevolent leader).=
I've done 90% of the trophies for Fallout 4, and the others are merely tedium during gameplay (bobbleheads, lvl 50, mercenary, benevolent leader). Playing a bit more Stella Glow, and considering some Disgaea 5 for console, though I may just keep playing more Fallout. I've actually been debating another Nuzlocke run, AS this time.I'm only at 55% but most of the ones I need are story-related. And of course I need benevolent leader! I might just try to work on that one next. I've been putting off Fallout lately because I've put so many hours into it already and I have such a backlog of other games... but I need to get back to it.
In the meantime, I picked up Pokemon X again over Christmas and finally beat the Elite 4/Champion and am now working on that darn National Dex. I'm still missing about 300 but I'm having fun with GTS and Wonder Trade (actually got a fricken Groudon on WT the other night, haha).

You might be interested to know about this scheduled release of legendaries (http://www.lazygamer.net/pokemon-2/catch-legends-pokemon-2016-distribution-event/) then. I'd have to double check, but most of those aren't available over the GTS, and you'd need stupid crazy luck to get them via wonder trade.
Other than those, it just takes finding something really good to offer up on the GTS, like my personal favorite of offering Ocean Vivillon, and you can arguably get everything you don't want to grind evolutions for yourself.
After reading Dark Id's LP of Drakengard 3 I really want to play NIER again.I haven't played Drakengard 3 yet (though I own it)... is it related to Nier? I actually never finished Nier, either, because it's soooooooooo saaaad... that's not a bad thing -- it's just hard for me to find time when I'm in the right mood for that sort of game. Actually, I wouldn't mind playing it right now but I need to go to bed. :/
The bf and I are going through Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (Gamecube) with him playing and me giving tips since I've beaten it multiple times. (Enough to unlock everyone; it was a long time ago, though.).
I'm debating trying to beat Fire Emblem Awakening when I have time to myself while he is at work. Really should do that before Fates comes out next month and takes over my life. Can never decide whether to play Casual or Classic when I start a file, though. I'm more story-driven as a gamer, but the terror of losing units is part of what makes FE unique. *sigh* Tough decision.

Fire Emblem Awakening is amazing! My favorite of the series. Hubby is getting me Fates for my birthday next month. It was going to be a surprise but he didn't know if I'd want the easier one (Birthright) or "It beats you up while you play it" (Conquest). A battle-seasoned Fire Emblem fan, I think I'm going to go with Conquest.
I just beat Stella Glow last night! Which was another really fun, gorgeous strategy RPG with a relationships aspect.

BF is getting me both versions--one for my birthday and one for Valentines Day. :cheer: Over the years, FE has taken Final Fantasy's place as my favorite series, with Dragon Age trailing just slightly behind. If I remember right, your birthday is Valentines Day. Mine is the 16th. :D
me and hubby have started playing until dawn. thus far, both impressed by the feel and many groans by the B-movie liberties they've taken. :PSeveral people have told me that I need to play Until Dawn, so that's on my shopping list for the next few paychecks (I HAVE to get Pokemon OR this paycheck because I want to have copies of both gens on 3DS for when they start giving away legendaries!).
My bf and I both got Final Fantasy Explorers along with my brother. Current jobs are: BF -- Knight, Brother -- Monk, Me -- Ranger. I'm sure that will change as the game goes on, but so far it's really fun and the online works well.

Fallout 4 has taken over my social life for the past week. Then I discovered MODS for the game. I have a sinking feeling I won't be leaving my room for the next several weekends.
I can't wait until they become available on the PS4. I really want a mod that will let me put ballistic weave on clothing and outfits that already have an armor rating, like the Vault suits or the super awesome looking Minutemen General's outfit. You shouldn't have to compromise between being well armored and wearing good looking things once you're past a certain skill level in tinkering on things. I mean, seriously, you can put ballistic weave on a sequin dress and a trilby hat, but you can't put it on that Vault suit? Really?
How do you get this Shiny Charm, anyway? I'm still going through badges so I doubt I'm anywhere near it, but it'd be nice to know for the future.
Just for grins I thought I'd see how complete my Pokemon Crystal game was because it's been years since I last played and the file was corrupted! I had to change out the battery inside so now I have to start all over. Oh well...Oh no, how sad! I should check my old games and see how they fare...

Bioshock is an amazing game! The atmosphere, the music, the gameplay, the plot... I usually don't play shooters on my own, but when that released I decided to get it and I actually beat it. Feels like a lifetime ago, but I certainly haven't forgotten how epic it was.I finished it yesterday. It's an amazing game. Not like any other I've played.
Do not read the following until you are done:SpoilerHeck, the words "Would you kindly" haven't had the same context since...
I've been playing FNAF and Project Diva F2nd. Oh! And Super Mario Brothers for Wii*High Five* I'm always playing Project Diva F (1 or 2)!

Currently playing Borderlands for the first time.
Currently playing Borderlands for the first time.Any chance you're playing on PS3? I never got to play the co-op parts because I, too, played it way after everyone else was done with it. Hit me up on PSN if you are playing there and if you want to play co-op. :D
My hubby and I bought ourselves Puella Magi Madoka Magica Portable (Japanese PSP game) - collector's edition - for Valentine's Day. We can't read Japanese, but my hubby found a fan translation that we downloaded that we're playing through. It's cool to own the game, plus the Madoka figure and Kubey pouch that came with it are so detailed and cute!
Silent Hill 3: Playing on hard? Have fun with that Shakespeare puzzle. Great series, at least the first few games. A lot of my high school afternoons were spent on various PS1 games. Silent Hill, Resident Evil, Vagrant Story, and mostly Castlevania SOTN
Just got Silent Hill 3 (PS2)- prob will wait till I'm off cold medicine to play though :/Lol, I think Silent Hill is the perfect type of game to play while you're ON cold medicine! :P

I started playing Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box last night. I've never played a Professor Layton game before, and I didn't realize how incredibly high quality those games are! I'm not usually a huge fan of puzzle games, but I'm enjoying this one. :)

Ohh can you post pictures from them? I loved the anime!
You really should make some time for it. If you can find one of the earlier games at Gamestop, they're not too expensive there, I think... I can't even explain how high quality these games are -- so much better than any other DS game I've ever played! I mean, they have full voice acting. IN A DS GAME. Is anyone else playing slime rancher because it's so cute and addicting
Fire Emblem Fates is awesome! My bf bought me both games in physical copy (he lives in the US so his card wouldn't have worked up here). My brother has been using the Conquest cartridge and I've been using the Birthright one. I'm considering keeping one cartridge as a main and getting the other digitally, because if you have a full priced game (cart or digital), the other path and Revelations once that releases, you unlock the Dark Flier class. Plus, I think I'm gonna need six save slots with how many guys I want to pair up with on the Conquest route. (Not that there's *anything* wrong with Birthright--that has Saizo, Takumi, ( ), Hinata, Sabuki, Kaden...Oooh, you're really making me want to get at least one of the new Fire Emblem games. I was thinking that Conquest looked like the route I would want to take, so I might try to get that game. I already have a short list of new games I want to buy ASAP, though... We'll just have to see when I am able to get around to getting that game. :)
Between the interesting characters, excellent gameplay, variety of difficulty settings and online features I'm confident that the different versions of Fates are going to keep me busy for a while.
i'm also curious: has anyone here played Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc? It was originally released for Vita but came out for Steam last week and my bf and I have been going through it. It takes a while to get going, but once it gets started it's definitely capable of keeping the player interested.
Premise, for anyone who hasn't heard of it:SpoilerYou are trapped in a school with 14 other students by an evil talking teddy bear and the only way to return to the outside world is to kill another student and not get caught. The gameplay is a mix of getting to know the other students trapped with you, and trying to figure out "whodunnit?" when murders start to occur. It's quirky, thought provoking and looks like it's gonna have lots of twists and turns.
I'm currently playing two games: Bioshock Infinite and Far Cry Primal. I don't like BSI as much as the other two games. It doesn't really feel like a BS game. It's still an ok game though. I can't really say much about FCP yet because I'm only an hour in to it.I want to try Far Cry Primal, is it any good? Playing Pokemon Y, Fire Emblem Conquest, Xenoblade Chronicles, and Destiny. I tend to switch off which ones I play a night.
I want to try Far Cry Primal, is it any good?I love it. But I have heard a lot of people who don't. Many judge it before they even played it though. I think it's a lot of fun and I love the fact that it takes place in the stone age. I've always wished for a game like that. :P
Fire Emblem Conquest, it's so heartbreakingly good. Also a little of Hatoful Boyfriend which is very weird.Hatoful Boyfriend is one of the most brilliant games I have ever played. Make sure you play the whole thing, since the real game doesn't unlock until you complete all of the possible romances (including the alternate romances for some of the characters).
Started Pokemon Y tonight. Already got my Celebi via mystery gift (not that I can use it yet because it's a level 100 but I have it!).
I remember Killer Instinct. I still have my cartridge lying around, stashed in a box. And my SNES stashed in another box entirely...
What is this Hatoful Boyfriend game some of you are talking about? Is it an app game of sorts? I assume its one of those visual novels/ dating sim games. :DIt's a visual novel and it's on Steam and PSN.
Just picked up the demo for Bravely Second. If the demo's anything to go by, the game's going to have glorious music just like Bravely Default. It's actually a different composer! I like what I've heard of their work, so it's good to hear the demo's music's nice - I haven't gotten a chance to touch it yet.
Is anyone playing Stardew Valley?I've been thinking of getting it, and you're making me want it even more. O.O Definitely let us know how it is when you play it!
I picked it up several days ago but I'm honestly afraid to start playing it  I get so addicted to Harvest Moon games. I put over 200 hours into Story of Seasons. Everyone is saying Stardew Valley is an ultimate Harvest Moon and the dev is constantly updating. It has a lot of elements already that I desperately wanted for SoS. Plus since it's on PC, mods. It could do anything in time. Imagine being able to fully customize a Harvest Moon game
I mean, I already bought it, so I'll play it. I'm just scared to dive in because I know it'll probably consume me
Is anyone playing Stardew Valley?Stardew Valley has stolen my soul. xD I've always gotten easily addicted to Harvest Moon games and after watching my sister play this for a day or two I was sunk and had to get myself a copy. In the past few days I've logged over 20 hrs. xD It helps though since things have been stressful with the birth of my new niece and I can't think of a better game to escape into.

I am SOOOOOOOOO late to the party but I bought a PS TV unit so I can play Vita games, and I will be starting Tales of Hearts R and/or Trails in Cold Steel soon. Does anyone have any other RPG Vita suggestions? I don't like the ones where the main goal is to be a guy and seduce as many people as you can, or dungeon crawlers, and I suuuuuuck at FPS.Hmm, a number of games I would recommend are also available on PS3 or PS4, like Ragnarok Odyssey: Ace. Definitely pick up the Hyperdimension Neptunia games, though -- there are several re-makes of the original games on PS3 and the re-makes are sooo much better! I recently started playing Hyperdevotion Noire, too, and it's pretty good, but you should have some knowledge of the series under your belt before you play it.

Oh yeah, forgot about that! Also, I forgot about one of my favorite series' which is on Vita: The Atelier series (Atelier Rorona, Atelier Totori, Atelier Meruru, etc.)! The only thing is that these games are download only on Vita (though they're on disc for PS3). There are actually a lot of good games that are only available for download, which initially felt to me like a major con for the Vita. I've gotten used to downloading games, though. The hardest thing to deal with is the extreme prices for memory cards. :/I am SOOOOOOOOO late to the party but I bought a PS TV unit so I can play Vita games, and I will be starting Tales of Hearts R and/or Trails in Cold Steel soon. If you're at all into turn-based strategy, the Disgaea series, with the notable exception of the newest one, is available on the Vita. They can be a bit grindy, but they have excellent stories, and they each have multiple stories into which you can carry your game clear data over into. Great for killing your next few hundred free time hours.
pyrodarknessanny -- I might pick up TriForce Heroes soon. I haven't decided what game to buy in April (I usually give myself a monthly video game stipend). If I do get it, I would definitely play with you! :D
I liked the original Atelier Iris series but didn't like the majority of the follow-ups because I don't like time management. I just want to kill enemies. If they happen to drop alchemy ingredients, great. If not, fine, I'll find them elsewhere. But I don't want to have to get a potion done within five minutes real-time or fail my school semester or whatever. I'm thinking of playing the two new Trails in Cold Steel games since I liked Trails in the Sky. I also picked up Sword Art Online for the PS4, which I also haven't taken out of the box yet.The "remakes" of the games (Atelier Rorona Plus, etc.) still have time management, but it's not as bad. I know how you feel, though -- that really got on my nerves when I first played those games. When I played the Plus versions, though, I was actually able to get one of the good endings on my first try, which is almost impossible in the originals if you don't use a guide. So that's something. Another game that's both on Vita and PS3 that you might like is Ragnarok Odyssey Ace (did I already mention that one?), which is pretty fun in a "I just want to kill enemies" kind of way, though I don't like the way that you level up -- you can't really just grind to increase your level. Also, I know I didn't mention the Ys game on PS Vita -- "Memories of Celceta" is the sub-title. It's a decent game, but I feel like there may be too much enemy fighting and not enough story development in between...
A friend of mine suggested Mass Effect, which is a bit different from what I normally play but outer space so who cares.
Just started Splatoon,
oh my gosh its so addicting!
Since I lost my bf's copy of Harvest Moon, I've discovered a new game to fill its void: Stardew Valley! Sooooooooooo addicting! I have to remind myself not to waste this entire break on it :P
I'm playing the original Legend of Zelda for the NES. I want to play all the Zelda games in order. :)
I have Yokai Watch, and I thought it was a fun game! It's not quite like Pokemon, since the battle style is different (in YW, you have a team of six on hand, but three of them are out at one time during battle and you can rotate between team members. So you do have to pay attention to your yokai as a team and not just "rely on one teammate at a time"). However, getting yokai to join you, excluding when you use the Coins, is more RNG(Random Number Generator)-luck based than Pokemon is.
I've seen a lot of good things about Yokai Watch and Fire Emblem. I'm not huge on dungeon crawler style games, so anyone who plays it, please convince me it is worth buying!

I love the original Zelda. Its my second favorite Zelda game.
I'm playing Earthbound Beginnings. I'm back in Magicant leveling Ana.

I've restarted Okami. This game is such a masterpiece, I just beat Tsuta Ruins
I'm tempted to go through Bravely Default and actually beat it before I go out and get Bravely Second.
I'm tempted to go through Bravely Default and actually beat it before I go out and get Bravely Second.
I'm pretty sure BSecond does spoil at least part of Default's ending, if that helps your decision any! It's a long game, though. (I downloaded the demo for Second when it first came out and haven't touched it... )
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
It's great! This is my first time playing it.Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Love that one, it's my favorite Paper Mario!
Can someone give me some tips for the new mobile Kingsom Hearts game with the medals? I played really well until level 40 and now I'm losing my lives a lot more even though I tried to use the recommend medals ( I think) This is my first time playing Kingdom Hearts.

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
I don't see any cards but I have a level 3O Magic Mickey medal a level 7 power Goody medal and a level 20 Jiminy Cricket medal. I've tried maxing out my special attack meter and used a lot of medals upgrading my other medals to try to win. I even tried avoiding some enemies to save my attacks for the target enemy. It's a little frustrating to me because I was really enjoying the game.

Stardew Valley. Very fun and relaxing game! Also super easy to lose track of time in it. >_>
I've never played Harvest Moon but I'd like to try... what game in the series do y'all recommend? Nintendo DS/3DS preferred :)I personally prefer the Rune Factory games. Harvest Moon games are better on non-handheld consoles IMO, but there are some good ones on DS/3DS. Of the handheld games I've played, I would probably most recommend Rune Factory 3. :)
Also, Rune Factory looks good to me too, what about that?
I still haven't gotten Stardew Valley, but today I got "World's Dawn" which also looks like a Harvest Moon imitator? Has anyone played that?
Otherwise, instead of starting The Walking Dead Season Two I've gone back to trying to get through Mass Effect. :)
I think I might kinda suck at Bayonetta 2. I like Shovel Knight better so far.Have you tried putting the game on an easier difficulty? That is what I did when it came to both Bayonetta games. xD
When it comes to the Harvest Moon games, the most recently one I played for longer than an hour was the Gamecube one, and the GBA (More) Friends of Mineral Town ones. My personal favorite was Harvest Moon 64. xDPopuri is best wife.I think I might kinda suck at Bayonetta 2. I like Shovel Knight better so far.Have you tried putting the game on an easier difficulty? I so want a Harvest Moon game on a recent Playstation console! I would love to have one on PS3, PS4, or PS Vita! We did get Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny on PS3, which is one of my favorite games and I'm so glad we got that on PS, but I want something new! I prefer playing PS consoles to Nintendo consoles, and we have pleeeenty of Harvest Moon series games on Nintendo!

What about Stardew Valley on PC? It's a lot like Harvest Moon. I love it! :D
I am definitely going to get Stardew Valley. Don't know why I haven't gotten it yet! ESO is going well for me -- it's about time I left work and got back into that game! It's not as good as the main Elder Scrolls games, but it's still very high quality -- much better (IMO) than other MMOs I've played.
I want to FINALLY start Chrono Cross; been wanting to play it for forever (Chrono Trigger is one of my all time favourite games), and even bought it like four-five years ago in the most uncanny/meant to be situation, but I have no motivation to plug in my PS3 and even less to sit through an RPG. Anyone here play it before and want to convince me?

My MMO of choice is Final Fantasy XIV. :)
I'm playing Fire Emblem: Fates Birthright right now on easy mode as I'm one of those lighthearted players that restarts every time a unit dies. I love all the character interactions even more than the plot ^.^.
I have been playing pokemon alot! xD I only have X right now.
If anyone wants to exchange friend codes, PM me, I have a ghost type safari~!
This is pretty much where Tiella and I are these days as far as MMO's go. FFXIV eats up the bulk of the time I spend playing video games, though I do spend time on Bravely Second and have been playing with Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.
Oh cool, what server? I'm on Malboro.
I still haven't played FF XIV, but I do plan to. I spent about 500-700 hours playing Skyrim (over multiple playthroughs), 200 playing Oblivion (not my favorite game in the series, either), and I don't know how many in Morrowind, but definitely over 100. So ESO is definitely up my alley, though I am disappointed that it doesn't entirely play like a traditional Elder Scrolls game. For instance -- no more sneak skill?! And now sneaking costs stamina? Bleh! I'm not really a huge fan of how the skill system works, either, but I can get over it. There are tons of quests and I'm spending a lot of time picking pockets -- NPCs have much more valuable items in their pockets in this game than in other games. It seems like everyone is carrying around at least one thing that's worth 40+ gold.

I tried ESO when it first came out... maybe it just didn't have enough content for me then. It's probably a lot more fun now.
I spent over a hundred hours in Skyrim and another countless bunch of hours in Morrowind back in the day (Oblivion was kinda... meh...). My MMO of choice is Final Fantasy XIV. :)

Ooh, that all sounds great! Thanks for the tips! And speaking of character customization, yesterday I wanted to create a second character in ESO (I want to have a few different characters so I can play as different races) -- it took me about an hour to do all of the tiny little tweaks and customize my character just the way I wanted her, and I was in the middle of naming her when the game shut down "due to inactivity". RAGE! I totally lost that new character that I had spent so much time creating. So now I'm waiting for my rage meter to go down a bit before I try to create her again. :/
Pokemon Yellow. I tried cloning Eevees yesterday and accidentally wiped out my save file. :| It'll only take me a week to get back to where I was, but it was still disappointing.
I have personally witnessed someof my Free Company (guild system) mates afk literally all day.

Hah, wow. You'd think they'd want to boot people from the server if they're inactive for that long -- they're taking up precious server space! So if/when I get FF XIV I would be getting it on PS4, since my computer isn't the best at running some much older MMOs. Do you play on PC or on PS4? Do you know if they are on the same server or totally separate? ESO for PS4 is on a separate server, I'm pretty sure, since it uses our PSN usernames as our game usernames.
I do know that you can play from both PC, PS3, or PS4, and the game doesn't care. In fact, some of my FC mates have stated to play both PC and PS4 on the same character. You have to have the client license for the platform you're playing on in your account, though. I.e., if you want to play the PC AND the PS4, you have to pay for each license, but there is only one subscription for your account.Ah, okay! Very cool! That means that I can still play with the majority of my friends who would be playing on PC rather than PS4. :D

I just lost my weekend to the Far Harbor DLC for Fallout 4. No regrets. Loving that new pair of power armor skins!I'm going to wait until I'm tired of ESO before I get that DLC. I heard it was coming out and thought, "Oh no, I need to get that now!!!" but then I decided I would just wait. Nothing wrong with waiting. ;)
I enjoyed playing through Cat Hustle. It's a PG-13 VN about a cat cafe. Good story, cute characters and lots of cats - what's not to like? :PHah, those both definitely sound like interesting games. Where can they be found/purchased?
Now I'm playing Organic Garden, which is... interesting. It's a click+collection/VN hybrid with a minimalist art style. You work for a shop that grows human organs on plants and take care of the greenhouse. There are weird customers (with stories to uncover) who order certain organs for ... reasons. It's quite different. I like it so far.
...I play some strange games
Hah, those both definitely sound like interesting games. Where can they be found/purchased?
Figured out how to get a recruitment code for FFXIV that anyone can use if they start playing. I linked it in my siggy, along with links to the instructions and free trial websites. The code CAN be used by a PS4 player since it's all routed through Mog Station anyways. Whom ever wants it, feel free to take it!Awesome! I'll take advantage when I get the game! I'm still wrapped up in ESO, though...
Okay, that Forget Me Not game was already on my wishlist. :) Hustle Cat looks cool too, though! :DHah, those both definitely sound like interesting games. Where can they be found/purchased?
Steam. I goofed the names a bit though. Hustle Cat and Forget Me Not: My Organic Garden. I got them both on sale, like way on sale. They're back to full price at the moment so you might want to wait a bit until another one rolls around.
It's too hot to use my computer heavily, so I've been getting back to Tales of Symphonia finally! I... really need to pay more attention to when I should be running away/blocking, but it's fun.Haha, I always have to re-acquaint myself with blocking when I play a Tales game. I actually need to get back to the Symphonia games, too -- I never beat them!
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir came out this week and I'm looooooving it! I really loved the original and thus version improved on it!Oooooh, that's one I need to get ASAP! I almost pre-ordered it but I never got around to it. :/

I wish I had a PS4 :( I'd love to play the updated version of Odin Sphere. I never finished it on the PS2. I got to a point where I just couldn't progress any further, even on easy. I have never been particularly good at these types of games, though.
I did get my husband to find the original for my emulator last night...and even on easy, it's hard LOL. I do really like the story though, so it's worth trying again for that (although I suppose I could just watch youtube videos of the cutscenes :P).
Gone Home was one of the free PS+ games this month, so I gave that a play - There's not much to it, but it's an interesting experiment in interactive storytelling.Ooh, really? I LOVE that game! I know it's not very long (I completed it in a straight four hour stretch and I'm one of those people who has to play with EVERYTHING) but it has a great story (albeit not nearly as scary as I expected) and some good humor, too. :)
I've been playing Tales of Hearts R while recovering from surgery but to be honest I am sooooooo high on meds I have no idea what the plot is. I think I broke something and I'm trying to fix it?Lol, but do you ever reeeeally know what the plot is in a Tales game? I don't think I can remember the plots of any of the ones I have played. Here's my synopsis of Tales of Graces F: (weird spoilers!)

Here's my synopsis of Tales of Graces F: (weird spoilers!)SpoilerYou and a bunch of friends had a picnic when you were kids and you all remember it really well. Then one of your friends (whose name you never really knew because she didn't know her name) might have died and another one disappeared/went crazy/became crown prince. Then your brother is adopted out to another family for some reason. When you grow up, you find out that your brother hates you, your prince friend is now Howl from Howl's Moving Castle and he's playing the part of Hamlet because he has to kill his uncle, and the nameless girl is still alive. Also, between childhood and adulthood you apparently didn't keep very good touch with your girlfriend. Then, because you didn't have enough friends for a proper RPG, you meet some random strangers and agree to let them follow you around and, guess what?! They're useful to the plot somehow! One of them is some sort of ancient alien, even!
Okay, I think that's all I remember of the plot. That's a surprisingly large amount of plot that I do remember, actually! And I was only on mild opiates when I played that game. Point being: Tales games (and most major J-RPG franchises) have really, really weird storylines.
Now I need to go back and finish playing Tales of Symphonia before I completely forget what was going on in that game...
That said, I LOVED Xillia 2. It is now my favorite Tales, with Eternia in 2nd place.I haven't played Xillia 2 yet. Man, I am really far behind when it comes to playing Tales games. But yeah, the Tales games have a formula just like the Final Fantasy games have a formula -- and they don't feel the need to create a coherent plot as long as they are following The Formula!

Been alternating between Sunless Sea and Stardew Valley. I usually swap to Stardew Valley as a reality check after binging on Sunless Sea. XDHaha, you totally need a reality check after you've been playing Sunless Sea. Do you also play Fallen London? I've been playing that for a few years and was so excited when Sunless Sea came out!

I just started playing Dragonquest: Origins! I love it so far! Now I see why my friends have all been obsessed with it for so many years. I decided to start with the original, since that way I can play all three of the games, and plus this one is so old it was only like $6 at my local game stop lol.
Hatoful Boyfriend is brilliant :DHatoful Boyfriend is one of the best games of all time. And I'm not even kidding.
I'm finally going to start Pokemon Alpha Sapphire tonight and try to get it finished before Sun and Moon come out! I'm always so behind on my Pokemon games...
I'll join you. I got Omega Ruby two weeks ago and haven't beaten the second gym yet. I've been hooked on Roller Coaster Tycoon instead. Such a classic, but oddly so much harder as an adult. I keep running out of money trying to build roller coasters.

Aluke if you like Roller Coaster Tycoon, you should check out Coaster Planet. I've never really been big in to the coaster games, but Coaster Planet is amazing. I can't wait til it's out on steam.
I'm weird when it comes to Pokemon games -- I either finish the game in a week or it takes me years. To be honest I only finished Y pretty recently.I'm finally going to start Pokemon Alpha Sapphire tonight and try to get it finished before Sun and Moon come out! I still haven't finished my Alpha Sapphire game either, LOL. I just got done with Mount Pyre.

The Love Live! mobile game.this is me too right now
I played Submerged and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons this weekend. They were both quite good, but Brothers got me right in the feels and I was not happy with the ending.Brothers is high on my to-play list... I have two copies of it, so I need to play it sometime soon!
Then I went nuts in the PS store and I have like 8 new games to try out.
I had to get No Man's Sky BC it looked so cool. Only.played it a little so far but I'm very excited to see what it has to offer.
Spryo the Dragon PS1. Never played through the original trilogy so I'm excited to start!
Can someone that plays the Kingdom Hearts mobile game give me some tips? I don't understand how evolving the medals works exactly. I know you need certain medals to evolve each medal but I have several Chesire Cat, Fairy Godmother and Yen Sid medals and can't evolve my medals. They need to be max level first! Ducklings (Huey, Dewey, Louie) give the most EXP.

I've been playing a lot of KHX[Chi] - the browser version's shutting down in a little over a week, so I'm trying to complete my last few goals while I still can. :(

Yes! Spyro is awesome! I have the PS1 game, and a PS3 game(the one where David Spade voices the dragonfly). They are so much fun! :deathhug:
Zelda: Orcarina of Time is too...but my N64 is dying.

Just make sure you get a 3DS (which has an XL version). OOT3D is specifically a 3DS game.
You may already know this, but I'm just making sure as some people don't.
Oh no! I was going to start replaying Okami soon, but I forgot about that darned digging game.

Well, at least it'll take you awhile to get to that particular annoyance.
Started Earthbound again. I just love this game. :3

:lovey: I want in. I lost motivation to continue playing when I accidentally overwrote my progress (I did not know how Wii U save states worked, and accidentally loaded the one I made at the beginning of the game which erased my save file ). I love the game, but can't sit through RPGs anymore so it's been tough picking it back up.
It's been Super Mario World for me lately, it's surprisingly harder as an adult than it seemed as a kid. I'm three exits away from 100% though. Kind of tempted to plug in my Dreamcast and play Sonic Adventure/2 next. I'm nostalgic for Chao Gardens, they was easily the best thing to come out of the Sonic franchise for me. Still waiting for Sega to release an actual full Chao Garden game...
I just bought World of Final Fantasy for PS4 and hope to start that today. I hope that it is as fun to play as the previews have been cute to look at. :)It seems everyone has gotten that game. I keep seeing people posting about it on Instagram and elsewhere. I, personally, plan to wait until I see more actual reviews of the game. I like that they gave voices to older characters from the series, but I don't like the chibi style, so it's a draw for me...
Right now I'm playing Disney Magical World 2! I just finished Paper Mario Color Splash, and now ACNL has updates too. And then Pokemon comes out. I'm doomed.
I started Omega Ruby but haven't played in a month or so. Need to decide on what to play.I started Alpha Sapphire a while ago, too, and only have two badges. O_o Since I pre-ordered Pokemon Sun, I have about two days to FINISH AS before I get sucked into the new Pokemon game! I gotta get on that!

I can do better than that. I started Pearl back in 2012 and haven't gotten one badge yet. XD I bought it right before I bought White and I only have six badges in that one. I have seven badges in Y, though. So maybe I can actually finish the first go-through on that one before Friday.
ringwraith10- SAME! Only two badges. Last I played I beat Team Magma in the museum and haven't progressed since.
Forever hooked on Animal Crossing New Leaf. :P But especially since the update came out.I need to play it again now with the update... But they timed it kinda poorly since Pokemon is going to take up everyone's time now.

I shall be playing Pokemon Sun whenever my preorder shows up in the mail today. :)
My Pokemon Sun isn't coming until tomorrow. Apparently there was a kerfuffle with Amazon's shipping. It's okay, though... Gives me more time to try to finish Alpha Sapphire.
ER?! Oh no what happened?
Ah, I'm sorry to hear about that. My dog has heart failure and he's on a lot of medication and we go to the vet all the time. It's kinda interesting because he has a lot of the same symptoms that my grandfather had, who also had heart failure. But my dog is still very happy and acts pretty healthy -- I hope it's the same with your dad.
ER?! Oh no what happened?
My dad was recently diagnosed with heart failure, he wasn't feeling well nauseous and a tad dizzy which could also mean his heart so any one symptom you call the nurse on call for an opinion and then more than one an ER trip. So going to be an ongoing thing for me from now on as a caretaker roll. I am just hoping we don't have to go tomorrow he turns 94 tomorrow :) I'd like to have his birthday at home.
Back on the topic of video games... I'm still trying to rush through Alpha Sapphire -- my copy of Pokemon Sun came today and I am so excited about it!

You might as well start in on Sun, the pokemon bank won't be available til January I read. I was bummed I couldn't transfer things right off the bat, but then I've never owned two games in a row so I'm not sure if this is a new thing or standard when a new game comes out.

Also, when I get my new computer I'm planning to get WoW -- I really like the look of Legion and I think it might be time for me to finally give it a try. Maybe we can play together when I get into it? Though I'll be a noob. :)
I finally started the Phoenix Wright series last night and... I CAN'T BELIEVE I HADN'T PLAYED THESE GAMES BEFORE. They are basically made for me! I'm all about mysteries, but I thought this series would be more like Professor Layton (also a good series) -- I had no idea how deep the lawyer action was! I freaking love it!
Shantae: Half-Genie Hero.OMG, I freaking love the Shantae games!
I've never played a Shantae game before, but it's safe to say that I'm in love. I'll definitely have to play the other games in the series.
I've been playing Anna: The Extended Edition. I like the idea behind it (it's a point and click game that's set in a nightmare), but the execution isn't quite as solid as I'd like.I've had that game for a while but I still haven't played it. I have a seriously huge backlog...
Anyone else playing Mass Effect: Andromeda? I'm enjoying most of it, although it's a bit tedious in places. I'm almost to the final mission, just have some side quests to wrap up first. I play on casual because I like the story more than the combat, but I don't find the combat as difficult as in the original trilogy....except maybe thoseSo maybe the scaling is better, haha. And I love being able to JUMP, haha.Spoilerdamn Remnant architects.SpoilerOne of the parts I enjoy the most is the character dynamics and the "romance" thing, as silly as it is. I'm romancing Jaal, the big purple Angaran, LOL. He's such a dorky sweetheart. If I ever play again, I'll probably go with Vetra, haha.
I picked up Tomodachi Life again, and I'm playing Breath of the Wild.
Does anyone play Tomodachi life and want to send a Mii to my island? It's populated with a few friends and family, plus characters from my favorite fandoms (Final Fantasy 7, Game of Thrones, Marvel X-men / Avengers and Hatsune Miku and the other vocaloids). The more the merrier! I could post interesting updates in this thread.
I wish i had a switch so i could play BOTW :' (
I wish i had a switch so i could play BOTW :' (
It's also available on WiiU if that helps! I played that version myself, the switch is sold out over here. No store seems to carry it anymore.

i dont have one of those, either : (
also if im gonna get it, i think id like to splurge and get it in the nicest version possible...it seems like such a beautiful game
I've been *gasp* reading a lot lately, so not much gaming! But I have been playing a lot of Overwatch again since they had the Anniversary event.
So I switch around between a few different characters depending on the map, but it's Sombra, then Symmetra, D.VA, Pharah, and Mercy. But lately I've been playing with Tracer because I'm just getting the hang of her and she's a lot more fun than I previously realized! How about you?I've been *gasp* reading a lot lately, so not much gaming! But I have been playing a lot of Overwatch again since they had the Anniversary event.
Oooo who's your main??

From my experience with Twilight Princess (the GC version was way better than the Wii version and it was more rare in the end) I made sure to get the Wii U version of BotW. I don't have a Switch yet but I expect the Wii U version to be better in the long run.I wish i had a switch so i could play BOTW :' (

Month late response, but I don't think that the Switch version is actually necessarily the nicest version. From what I've heard it runs pretty much the same on both systems. But since you don't have a Wii U, you might as well get a Switch when you decide you want a system.

Lol, that seems to be the primary reason people ever play as Mei.So I switch around between a few different characters depending on the map, but it's Sombra, then Symmetra, D.VA, Pharah, and Mercy. Mainly D.va and Tracer, but I also play Mei and Mercy a lot. I started out as a Tracer main but shifted towards D.va half a year ago! Mei is tons of fun too, I love annoying people as her. :P

Shovel Knight was so amazing, omg. I suuuuuck at platformers so I watched it be played instead. The soundtrack was stellar.
I'm currently in the middle of downloading Bravely Default - wanted to play it since its release. I can't wait!
(The slow internet isn't helping, though. :T )
Ah, Flower  Does it make me wimpy to admit that game made me cry?
SwirlyWhirly: Play "Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning". You will thank me. I consider it to be even better than Skyrim, and I have well over 500 hours in Skyrim, too.
I think it's only third person. The Elder Scrolls games are really the only ones I know of where you can switch from first to third person. You CAN play a female character, but when I first played it I was stupid and didn't see that you could play as a female, so I made a male character. Oops! So now I've been re-playing as a female character.SwirlyWhirly: Play "Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning". You will thank me. I consider it to be even better than Skyrim, and I have well over 500 hours in Skyrim, too.
Thanks for the tip, I'll definitely check that out. A chick image google looked promising. Just some questions if you have the time to answer?
Can it be played in both first and third person view?
Can I play a female character? It might be silly but I dislike having to play a male character in a game I put a lot of time into.
Secret of Mana remake! I'm not too fond of the voice acting but that slight gripe is offset by how gorgeous this game is.Ooh I'm glad to hear good things about it! I pre-ordered it at GameStop but haven't gotten a chance to play it yet because I'm so busy with school.
Wow, Dark Souls is pretty hard core for your first game! Though I found Limbo to be pretty difficult, too. Do you think you'll keep playing?
Legend of the Seven Stars: I rescued Princess Toadstool from a...very interesting guy named Booster and an evil bundt cake.
I play a mix of games! My most played ones are Sims 3, The Harry Potter PS2 games, Star Stable, Starshine Legacy, Minecraft and the new Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery game!
If you can't tell, I am a serious Potterhead... And I still play the PS2.
I also spend every waking minute playing video games. As i write this I'm loading up Sims, haha!
About to finish Persona 5 (unless I can't do it, which is very possible because I'm not the best gamer and wasted a lot of resources on a miniboss. Ugh. lol).I salute you -- I've never actually been able to get to the end of a Persona game.

I haven't been able to finish P5 because I'm obsessed with maxing out every social link perfectly and I have to follow a guide... I really shouldn't do that because it's hindering me completing the game T__T I just really want to get all my favourite/best demons in my party again...About to finish Persona 5 (unless I can't do it, which is very possible because I'm not the best gamer and wasted a lot of resources on a miniboss. Really? I played it on "Easy" mode (there was one even easier), so the amount of trouble I had is embarrassing. =(
I did clear the game! But I didn't really finish it to my content because I only maxed out two Confidants outside of the story ones. =( I did terribly. I wanted to see all of their stories concluded and would have loved to have seen them at the end of the game and their reactions.

I have just downloaded Fortnite to see what all the hype is about. All the kids at work are going on about it so I feel like I need to do strictly professional 'research' in order to keep up with what they're talking about in class...

Lol. I downloaded it on the Switch wanting to see what all of the hype was about as well, but the game pretty much threw me into it with other players and I had no idea what the heck I was doing so I quit and haven't tried it again since.

But I'm mostly just waiting for The Last of Us 2 to come out which if it's anything like the first one will be amazing.

I downloaded Fortnite too to see what it was like, I played it for about an hour and gave up! I don't function well with survival games, hence the reason why i only play minecraft on creative or peaceful survival...
I finally caught up with the rest of the world and got my PS4. Ive been playing RE Biohazard but stopped to start replaying KH on it...but a new system, play the old updated games on it.
All you guys talking about Persona made me want to play SMT: Nocturne again. I've never tried the Persona games. Probably because I've played the SMT games and there seems to be a divide among fans who like one or the other but not really both. I dunno  Nocturne is fantastic though. Highly recommend!
Red Dead Redemption 2 is every bit as amazing as I thought it would be plus more.
Spyro Reignited (the greatest remake ever, hands down, fight me)Agreed! Although Crash's reboot was amazing too! But it seems to be a lot harder than I remember...XD

Yeeeeeeeesssssssss. I'm watching Markiplier play it and am enchanted by (mostly) the horses but my god it's so pretty.
Smash Bros. Ultimate. I'm terrible at it, but I still have fun. :)
I've been doing the single player mode and unlocking characters. It's been slow going for me and I don't have any new ones yet.
I've been lost in Red Dead 2, I picked it up for my boyfriend and he hasn't gotten a chance to play it yet! I wasn't expecting to like it so much or it to have such a handy auto target that I can actually play! That's very interesting! I got my bf that for his birthday, but now I might need to have him bring it when he visits again so I can try it. I'm not the best at shooting games, but if the auto assist works well and it has an easy mode, I often go through stuff to experience the story.
It's a mixture between Crash Team Racing and the Spyro Trilogy (original PS1 versions) :)

Hi we're friends now. :D
I heard that CTR is getting a remaster too!
Anyone playing Spyro? Are you one of those people who have to collect everything on the stage? I am, I get really annoyed if I don't have all the gems XD

When I play that game I have to find all the things, too. If I ever get caught up on other things I need to finish I might have to pull out my PS1 and see how far I got on Spyro when I played it with my nephew 10 years ago...
I'm working on the Spyro remake. I played the originals a few years ago for the billionth time. Definitely a level completionist! It makes me so mad to have to come back to a level I've already played just so I can climb a wall or bash a rock. 120% on the first game, and finished Crystal Glacier, Skelos Badlands, and Breeze Harbor in one go last night.
@StrawberrySundance I love Hot Air Skyway too! I'm hard pressed to pick a favorite level, actually. Maybe Tiger Temple? I ALWAYS play as Pura.
I've been playing BioShock, loving it so far :DBioshock is incredible! Is this your first playthrough or are you taking a trip down memory lane? If it is your first, would you kindly come back and let us know what you think once you're done? That game is a trip!
Yes! It's really good so far, the creepy level is awesome (love scary movies so this game is up my ally) I will for sure give you an update when I finish :DI've been playing BioShock, loving it so far :DBioshock is incredible! I've finished Story Mode in RDR2. Just kept on crying my eyes out :wail:

Movies or games never make me cry. But RDR2.. No spoilers, but this certain scene with music in the end. Now its enough if I hear the music and I can't stop crying. Such an awesome game.
Just started Assassin's Creed Odyssey, having a bit of a hard time getting used to it as I can't read much if any of the text on the screen, but other than that, I'm enjoying it so far. It's very nice to have a lovely grey horse to travel with as well.

I've been playing it, too! It's my first game in the series. Normally, I'd be completely turned off by the violence. I still really don't like it, but I turned off the blood at least. I've just always had my eyes on the AC series because of its interesting historical locations. I am a bit of a history nerd, and getting to see historical locales come to life in such a format where I can explore them is just euphoria for me. Ancient Greece has always been one of those locations that I'd really love to see come to life and get to explore, and Odyssey does a great job of it.
Planning on starting Detroit: Become human next.
Going to play Kingdom Hearts III when I get it.
Same here, although I mostly avoided the AC series because it seemed like they'd be too difficult to play, but once I saw ancient Greece, I needed to give it a go! :D Still finding it quite a challenge, but it's really rewarding because of its fascinating setting! The writing is great too, it's refreshing to see characters whose communication feels quite natural, rather than "Hello, yes, this is a video game. Now go fetch me a MacGuffin!" XD
You have good tastes Sweet Stuff.
I'm playing Pokemon X and Azure Striker Gunvolt.
Does anyone else still play the Kingdom Hearts Mobile game. I got to the latest quests and the story is really confusing. :what:
Ponyfan

Well, it wouldn't be Kingdom Hearts if it wasn't confusing. :silly:
I stopped playing with the end of July last year. The game became unbearable with PvP ruling over the game.
The story went at such a snail's pace I couldn't even find myself getting into like I should. Plus, a lot of story updates are filler. Did something important actually come up since I stopped playing?
Just beat Pokemon X. Fantastic Pokemon game!
Kingdom Hearts III. Aiming for 100% completion, just kinda taking my time though.
It's a mixture between Crash Team Racing and the Spyro Trilogy (original PS1 versions) :)
Hatoful Boyfriend is a work of genius!

I've heard of that. Its...it's probably the most bizarre dating sim premise ever created so far.
Welp, I'm downloading Observation on Epic Games, which I signed up for and installed just for this game!
In was avoiding it because 1) I already have a ton of games I've never played and didn't need any new sources and 2) The majority of the free games they were/are giving away I already have (and in the 'never played' pile). But, darn it, I absolutely loved Stories Untold and if Observation is anywhere near as "wtf??omg!!!" as that game, it's worth it. Plus it's way cheaper than getting it on PS4.
So. Yes, I shall probably be playing all night once it's installed... I will return with impressions...
edit: :glitter: New Page :glitter:
Finished Observation. It was okay.
Spoilers for a more detailed review, not for game secrets.SpoilerIt's basically an interactive movie with lots of puzzles. Great puzzles though, had to write down a lot of stuff like old school :P
The atmosphere is fantastic and the voice acting is good. The story is decent. It has replayablility for collectibles (I missed like, half >.>) and little details around the ship. For 12 bucks on Epic right now, it's not a bad buy if you like 'games-as-art' types.
Honestly though, I liked Stories Untold better overall.

Next up is Spec Ops: The Line
Let's Go Pikachu
Aww, there weren’t branching paths or different endings? I got that impression from a preview piece I read about Observation. I’ll probably play it anyway just for the chance to play as an AI. XD
Guess who just completed KHIII 100%?Kingdom Hearts III. Aiming for 100% completion, just kinda taking my time though.
Good luck. I don't think I have the patience to achieve that. I finished the story and stopped playing the game instantly afterwards. I didn't want to do any of the Gummi ship stuff or look for the lucky emblems.
Hopefully KHIII gets some good DLC.
My bf is wanting me to play PS4 online with him and I have no clue about it...haha. He's into the newer games and I'm into retro...never played PS before,..I have a Xbox 360 at home but I'm more into NES/SNES. So anyway, what are some neat multiplayer PS4 games that we could play? Sorry I don't know where else to put this.. >_< :satisfied:

What genres of games are you and your bf into, Sweet_Stuff? :) I could probably give you recommendations based on what you both enjoy. ^_^
Eastshade. Things were going swell until I ran into a bug that made me close the game (and like a dummy, I hadn't saved in a while...). It's a nice, relaxing game though. If you give it a try remember to save often, it's kinda janky.

Oh I have this but haven't started it yet! You do like it? It looks so pretty.
I started Horizon Zero Dawn. I'm only a little bit into it but the story is already fascinating me. I really suck at stealth stuff though so I don't know how good I'll be at combat :P I set the difficulty to 'Story' mode, hopefully that will take pity on me, haha.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 got me through the Summer. I adore it. I'm glad the new demo is getting more people interested in this gem.I have to admit, I was weary at first (the tutorial bored me, but nearly every tutorial bores me). After that? Got right into it. Will definitely be buying it soon.
Im currently between games, i just finished pokemon shield and now i want to go back to an unfinished game of mine, either tales of berseria
Super Metroid
