Title: any french speakers here? Rakutan problems

I've bought hank ( a very sirpsrisingly rare zhu pet) from a site called rakutan and I have no idea where he is. I paid with paypal but when I try to track the order it tells me to contact the seller. I cant find the link to do that and I have no invoice yet either. I've contacted rakutan but I have no  idea whats going on.

Google translate won't translate the page i need without loggin in to it but then it reverts to french and a pattern forms.

Hank shouldnt be this hard but I've never seen him for sale anywhere ever dispite him being a series 3.5 hammie (very common)

Help..
