I'd spotted a UK eBay auction that I'd really hoped to win, but was then a bit disappointed to hear that the seller wouldn't ship outside the UK mainland (& I live in the U.S.). So I decided to try posting in the Trader Support forum to see if anyone might be able to help me, and hathorcat volunteered. She's such a nice person to talk to, and replied back to my messages quickly. After winning the auction for me, she kept me informed about the progress of the sale, and when she received the items, she went above & beyond to re-package them in a safer (and more cost-effective) manner for shipping to me in the U.S. I truly appreciated her help.
