There was a bit of a mixup and I ended up getting someone else's prize by mistake. However, SDS was willing to fix it, and everyone ended up with the right prize! I can't thank her enough for what she did, including sending me a pony from her personal collection to make up for her mistake. Both packages (the wrong one and the right one) both arrived in excellent condition, wrapped very safely. She shipped quickly, kept me updated about what was going on on her end, and was just generally awesome! I couldn't recommend a more understanding, kind, and caring person to do business with!
