Title: Will white tissue paper "bleed" onto ponies?
Post by: LadyMoondancer on October 10, 2019, 01:33:55 PM: Probably a silly question, but will white tissue paper bleed onto pony plastic? I usually put ponies in a plastic baggie before sending, but I want to switch to something a little more environmentally friendly. (I mean, I'd still be using a bubble mailer so it's not perfect but . . .)

Post by: tailrustedtealeaf on October 10, 2019, 01:39:58 PM: I don't think white tissue paper will bleed, but I'm not sure if it's adequate protection in the case of bleeding.
My Friends of Equestria set from Costco came with some grey recycled paper as packing, like newsprint without the ink, maybe you could use something like that?

Post by: PinkRosedust on October 10, 2019, 04:08:03 PM: It's been maybe a year since I've shipped ponies but I used to always use white tissue and never had any complaints! Deep down I wondered the same thing though and thought about switching to gray or brown but white was just easier to obtain.

I love the acid free tissue paper. Better than plastic baggies as plastic baggies are plastic.. and plastic plus plastic always has the potential to react.
