Let’s find out who should be Queen with the amazing photo contest.

Participants of the pony photo contest have now made it to round two on who by right should be Queen. All they had to do was post a second photo of their pony for the theme. Now they must use that same pony in a photo for a third round. Let’s meet those contestants.

Theme for round 2! Rivals! We know that our Queen has had their struggles. Who has tried to dethrone her? Maybe she has a sister or brother who plays tricks on her.is she in danger?

Lilly Drop's greatest rival is her twin Sea Poppy who believes that she should be the queen.

Lilly Drop: "Sea Poppy? I thought you said this was a special pool just for queens?

Sea Poppy: "Haha You got caught in my trap! Give me the crown and I'll let you out."

Clustered around a little jar, which was terribly, awfully smelly!

"She thinks she has the greatest lashes of all the kingdom 'round!"
The jealous courtiers whispered to each other, injury quite profound.

"Her Royal Majesty will learn that we will not be crossed,
When she finds out that all of her giant lashes have been lost!"

The Sweetheart Sisters decided that Moonstone was not beautiful enough to be queen. Garden Glow and Wild Flower gathered a group of their sisters to enact their plan. Spring Song offered to give Moonstone a free hairstyle at the Perm Shoppe, and Moonstone went, thinking nothing of it. When they arrived, Moonstone was confronted by the sisters. They explained to her that Moonstone must get a complete makeover, or the beautiful sisters would take her place and rule the kingdom, enforcing that anyone not deemed beautiful enough shall be banished, including Moonstone.

Nice N Spicy has tried to dethrone Gypsy since she has a way with the dragons. :lol: She has not gained the love of the herd by doing so.

Lily Lightly was a somewhat new welcomee, and she has since trashed her animated personality for one much more fitting for a "pony of proper tinkering".
"So what, she has a horn? And so what, she has wings? And glitter? And I have a designer gown and my horn lights up, and all I get is a warm welcome?" She had previously lamented to Triquine Fluttershy.
Fluttershy had simply shot down her complaints. "She has the personality of a good leader. She is kind. I don't know why you changed since you arrived, but it's not too late to consider yourself an ally. Perhaps she will give you leadership of one sector?" All this pleading earned was a flashy flouncing and murmurs of treason.

Minty awoke one night to find she had been betrayed by her best friend! "I've always been the face of Ponyville! I'm everyone's best friend!" Pinkie said when questioned about the event. "The crown is Pink....the castle is pink...I'M pink! The facts are all right there! I was only taking back what should have rightfully been mine!" Although Minty is saddened by this attempted robbery, she has not taken any official action against Pinkie Pie. Instead, she is now searching for some trusted friends to act as guards through the night. She knows Pinkie is likely not the only pony in the kingdom who feels the crown should have been hers.

The long lost Ice Princess' spiteful, sour, synthetic sister, Princess Frostbite eyed her magic candle barbarously, the ice around her heart thickening ever so fast. 'Look at them all so happy, it's almost like nothing has happened, what does that oaf think she's doing with my cape?!' She murmured to herself, the venom from her cruel words slipped between her frosty lips. 'Now that my sickly sweet dear sister, Ice Princess, has unfortunately disappeared that land should now belong to me! Oh! It was such a shame for dear sister to leave without notice' The pony giggled to herself 'She could of told me and I would of certainly took care of her precious little kingdom...' Frostbite whispered coldly, mocking the words 'precious little'.
Bright orange flames raged from her eyes as she blew out the magic flickering flame 'Who does this Ivy think she is? PonyVille should belong to me! Does she think she knows how to rule and care for a kingdom? Most certainly not! I'll teach that brat a lesson or two in ruling and PonyVille shall be mine ahahahahhahaaaahahaaaa!' and with that wicked squark, she headed for PonyVille...

In her spare time, Princess Dream Blue loves to create colourful candy creations! Princess Blue Mist, the oldest of the royal sisters, is a total prankster, and if Dream Blue and her sisters don’t watch their back, mischief will ensue. Just yesterday, she offered to hold the string tight to make threading the jewellery easier. In reality, she pulled the sweet snacks down the string and ate her creation, bead by bead! “Ah well, they were to be eaten anyway”, she sighed after realising what Blue Mist had done.

It happend! The spring light pierced through the bar and this wonderful sunlight brought back Rosedust’s wings! It was now or never. It was her chance to escape. She held her breath as she started her utterflutter for speed, she bent her knees in prepare for lift off....her heart lept into the air, but she did not. In seconds a searing pain burned her back and she stumbled onto the ground. She turned to see a dark figure crushing her wing, and knew she would feel the pain again as soon her other wing would be destroyed. Rosedust was crushed. Spring had started and she was thrusted into a dark cell...no sunlight leaked through. With no sun her wings will never grow back. It broke her heart, and her spirit. In the dark she cried from burning pain, and despair

This can be solo or group shot, but we must have your pony in it! It is down and dirty! Does your queen have a dirty secret? Brings watch cartoons of the pas, or maybe eats snails! Maybe they play jokes on others. What is your queen doing that is not so queenly? Stuck in the muck and rising to greatness...bad hair day...drools in sleep hehehe

Courtiers, chamber maids, even a co-ruler? ;) I sort of added a group of courtiers for my gal from the start, but I'd be interested to see who everyone else chooses to surround their queens with! Will they all be ponies? Or would a summerwing have a gaggle of butterflies as her servants?! I bet we could get really creative with these!

Dream Blue’s favourite food is pizza. So much so that she secretly saves any and all leftover pizza and stashes it under her bed. She snacks on it while she studies royal history. It makes it more fun, I’m told. She’s not really one for studying, and far prefers her jewellery studio, making her study sessions few and far between. Due to this, the pizzas usually don’t look as they once did, often with several large chunks of mould growing on them. She claims it adds to the flavour, but I’m not so sure!

Sunnia knelt down and examined the plant. Posey's face held a hopeful expression, until Sunnia's voice made it fall.
"That has to be bergamont."
Posey shook her head. "Actually, dear, this is lemonbalm," It was a perfect day for gardening lessons, the only problem is that Sunnia isn't that good at memorization! Sure, she'll remember how to tend to bees or how to sew a shirt, but don't ask her what kind of fabric she used! Not great for a pony who is supposed to know more names than any other pony in the herd.
Sunnia looked up at Posey with a strange expression.
"Don't worry dear, you'll get it even-"
"No, no. You have a tick right there."

You do not have to have a pony entered to get these extra numbers. The vote A or B goes till Saturday so there is time. Wing and outfit idea goes to the time I post the next round.

I will take your theme ideas till Saturday as I will make the poll post on Sunday:)

It only takes 1 number to win.

If you have done all pony rounds you will also get a bonus number!

Many moons ago, a ball was held for members of the court. Everyone picked their best outfits - saddles, dresses, hats... Moonstone picked only a simple green ribbon. It was nice, but nothing compared to the court members. When Moonstone arrived at the ballroom floor, ponies crowded together and whispered gossip. Moonstone has since added more articles of clothing to her closet.

Two quick, relatively simple ideas for my wing and costume suggestions! The wing came to me suddenly, when I tried to think of wings you might not have created yet: dragons! Have you done a dragon wing yet? Maybe you did and I forgot it! ;) They're fun, but oof tricky to draw! I went with the classic bronze and green, but there's tons of color schemes! And the bathrobe idea came to me while I was looking at my photo; it sure would be nice to have a "real" bathrobe for a pony, especially one of those overdramatic ones with the fluffy maribou feather collars! It seems like a fluffy-soft bathrobe might look nice in yarn!

PS, IDK if I mentioned yet, but OH MY GOSH, so many hilarious entries for this round!! Ticks, pirate boyfriends, gambling addictions?! Our royals are royal messes! :lmao:

While preparing for a royal meet and greet, Spike realized he had a big problem. Minty has no sense of fashion!
"You absolutely can not wear that dress too a royal event!" Spike objected, "Never mind that it's terrible with your complexion, it doesn't even fit you right! and you absolutely can not wear socks with a royal gown!" Minty didn't see any problem with her outfit choice and refused to change. "I'm queen of socks! Of course I need to wear my socks!" Minty exclaimed. Desperate, Spike called upon Wysteria, former princess of Ponyville. "Please help me out here! Minty is going to go out and make and utter fool of herself if she dresses herself! Maybe since you're friends she'll listen to you!" Wysteria tried to gently recommend some other....subtler outfits, but alas, their efforts failed. Minty has a style all her own that can't be contained.
