Sea shimmer is one of my grails. :good: So bummed that I just missed out!

Sea shimmer is one of my grails. :good: So bummed that I just missed out!
We never had her as a pearly here. It's a shame, as she has lovely colours. But we did have the lovely Tiny Bubbles and Sea Star in pearl sheen instead to make up for it.
I voted for Ripple in this poll, but not the US Ripple. I don't mind the looking up pose for the Sea Sparkle and Watercolor sets, but I really don't like it on the pearlies. I think it's because they're the same as the ponies I grew up with, but not the ponies I grew up with? It's a weird kind of surreal...
I had Sunshower and Ripple as a kid but in the UK poses. The US Sunshower is actually better than the US Water Lily and Ripple. UK Water Lily has such beautiful curly hair and she has the nice head-turn pose that Sea Shimmer also has which suits a ballerina better. Ripple...I just really don't like the US Ripple at all. So my vote in the poll is for Ripple...but it's for this Ripple, and no other:

Beach Comber is my favorite. Second would be Water Lily, who I have a soft spot for because she was in my childhood herd.

Personally, Tiny Bubbles is my favourite of the set, but she wasn't included as an option in the poll...?
