Title: Selling from US to overseas with Paypal

If I am in the U.S.A., selling a pony to Norway or Germany, to cover my paypal fees, how much should I add to the bill?  Looking at my paypal account, I can't find anything that calculates a fee before I send the bill.
I googled and found a fee calculator on another site, but I don't think it was the international fee.
Please help.
