Gosh i dont even really collect anymore but i wish i could still make it, just to meet all you great people, unfortunately its still a bit too far away for me and my son will be back in school by then. :p Hope you guys share some pictures of it when it happens. ^^

This is looking like it's going to be an awesome meet!
I am home now and will be having a planning meeting with my staff, lol, about games and such - I'm also on the lookout for prizes on eBay and will be making a few as well. :D
Mom is already working on a batch of new scoodies and baby bushwoolies to come and I'm working on a few things as well.

Closer to the meet I may ask for a headcount on here for those bringing Significant Others and Kids :D Just so I have a better idea how much food we'll need
I'll be bringing a meat/cheese tray and stuff for sandwiches again this year. If you can't make something for the potluck - chips/ plates/ cups/ pop etc are also appreciated. :D

Seems that I can't reach the auction house until Thursday afternoon - then I will know the total number of tables still available. :D I'll let everyone know a soon as I can. Even if you can't get a table you can still bring sales and trades - we're flexible Tote lids make good small tables. :P

I think my count is around 30-35 people right now....I have 15 tables on hold for vendors and a couple more on a waiting list. I am getting a final count on the tables later today.

I posted on the FB page, but just to confirm. I will be there along with my husband. I'm not sure if my son will be with us or not. I'm hoping that I can find a sitter instead. If we do end up bringing my son along, chances are that my husband will take him out around town to shop or something so he wouldn't be there the whole time. :)
I see that tables are already spoken for... can I bring my own? I have bunches of collection stuff to off load.
I'll be glad to see everyone and I'm excited to get to play at a Pony event!

I'd be interested in possibly carpooling depending where you are and such. I was planning to eat dinner in East Lansing with one of my sorority sisters later so not sure if it would work out haha!

Ivy, it is now a possibility that I may make this meet. When do you need to know by? I am working on clearing my work schedule and getting a sitter. I would just bring my own table. And of course would contribute a food item. But I may not have a for sure answer for awhile still.

That's ok Sheena - I'm still working on plans - all the tables are taken but if your coming for the fun then just a few days before the meet is fine - I just need numbers to know how much sandwich fixins I need and if I need more prizes etc.
We will have a schedule for the day sometime at the end of this month - I'm having a planning meeting with Qwaychou and Joe on the 20th.
I've already got lots of fun games planned!

Since I just started looking into this I wasn't sure if I missed anything. Trying to get my plans set soon! Since we are not having out Ohio meet this year this is giving me something else to look forward too!

I think my husband is definitely a no- so it will be just myself and my daughter. I told her I'd give her 20$ to spend there and she was in heaven! It will be on her birthday (turning 8!), so we will probably bring a sheet cake or cupcakes, if that is okay.

But if there are specific ponies like cupcake, twinkle shine etc. that you're lookin for let me know. I may have them and will bring them. It looks like as of now I can pack all my g1 ponies and take them to the meet, since majority sold at the fair.

Ok staff meeting went well. First, Potluck list. Our rough schedule for the day is as follows
8am-9am (I get in the building at 8 so anyone that wants to help set up tables or get their table set up is welcome to come and help)
9am - Meet officially opens, Registration, Team assignment for the games, Badge Decoration, Social Time etc
11 - Puzzle Races
12 - Lunch
1pm - Game (No Vowels)
2pm - Game Apple Toss
3pm- Game ChronoPony
4:30 - Door Prize Drawing - Prizes awarded - Silent Auction Closes
5pm - Meet Closed
6pm - need to be out of the building.

Just not the mane it takes about an hour unlessso eo e w ats to spend an hour sewing it in my hair lol ill just wear my hairup And if you don't want the satin slipper box let me know it's one of the things I am in need of lol does anyone have any sec horses or little people horses?

My boss called me today asking me to work an event in beechwood ohio that day. I smiled and told her that I had plans already! I cannot wait! This will be my first pony meet in 18 years of online collecting!

I'm super excited too! I have been furiously washing and pricing ponies to get ready. I still have tons of G1s to work on and I haven't even started on the G3s yet! I can't wait to meet everyone and reconnect with those I do know. It is going to be a blast!
Clipper I have a G1 Applejack I'm bringing but she does have a slight trim to the front of her mane. Body is in great condition and her hair is super silky. :)

Lorelei I'm definitely expanding my G3 collection! I had to sell most of it off a few years ago when I was struggling so I'm getting all my ponies back. :D
Ivy your mom does AMAZING work! I'm so tempted to see if I can order a Starglow set :D
I need to get a full list of the few ponies I'll have for sale, including my Euro 2nd edition Show Stable. I'll bring mostly ponies from my collection to display. I don't have anything hyper rare, but I'm very picky on pony conditions so they all look brand new. It's something :)

I have really bad news! :( I am no longer able to attend due to a work promotion. Good news there! But now in my new position I will be training in Indiana that whole week.
I am super sad. I was really looking forward to meeting all of you! I will do everything in my power to make it next year! Clipper, and Lorelei I really hope you two can make it next year as I was really looking forward to meeting you too!

Starglow I have that dream castle, I will try my best to get it to the meet. It's in good shape just needs some restoring and missing some pieces. Has the box too.

Starglow I have that dream castle, I will try my best to get it to the meet. It's in good shape just needs some restoring and missing some pieces. Has the box too.

I ended up snagging a lucky Craigslist find of 100 ponies so I've been cleaning cleaning cleaning! There have been quite a few upgrades to my own collection in there too so I'm very happy. :) So I will have many more sale ponies at the meet than I thought! Which means I can bring fewer display ponies *sobs*

I think I'm gonna start a final roll call now - close enough that everyone should know if they are able to make it...
So who's coming - how many people are you bringing with you - and kids? We have some activities planned for the 3-6 crowd if we need and 7 & up should be ok with the other games we have planned.
Just trying to get a general idea of the number so I know I have enough supplies!

I'm bringing my ten year old sister with me! My 4 year old sister may also come too, but her twin brother might feel left out and I'm not sure I can handle all three haha I will let you know if more than the two of us come!
*edit* Yep! Both my 10 and 4 year old sisters will be joining me! Is $5 per person admission for the 6&under too?

Thanks for a great time yesterday Ivy! I had so much fun meeting and reconnecting with everyone and I was able to pick up some wonderful additions for my collection. I can't wait for next year!
