Title: Hello from Warsaw, Poland

My name is Sonia. I was born in Warsaw in 1989, 6 months before comunism felt apart. My little Ponies were a big part of my childhood. When i was 4 years old i saw my first Pony, IT was twinkle eyed Fizzy. My friend from kindergarden got one from her american aunt. I heard that i broke her leg because she didn't allow me to touch and play with this Pony.

After year or two Ponies and VHS with "My little Pony n' friends" were available in polish Toy stores. It was magical moment for me. Unfortunately my mom gave all of my Ponies to other children when i grow up:(

I decided to collect Ponies because i have very hard time now. I lost my parents, my family doesn't accept me. Ponies give me joy and strenght, i know that might sound silly but when i think of Ponies i feel strenght, i feel all of those kiddo memmorries and good feelings.

My collection is very small :) I try to focus on G1 but it's hard to get them here. I also have a few G2, G3 and G4. I will try to picture it and post here :)

Nice to meet ya'al :) i am soo happy that from now on I am a part of Pony community.

It's not silly at all that ponies give you positive vibes. They are my happy place, too, and it is the same for many of us! Ponies have the magic to take us back into our childhood a bit, a time that was free of worries and sorrow. Let them carry you through your difficult times! :hug:

Ponies mean a lot of things for a lot of people and no reason or story is exactly alike, but one thing is true - we all love and cherish our ponies! And it's wonderful that we have a place to bond over that here. I hope you'll have a good time!
