Title: is it too early to change my name?

My account is under 1 year old, but I was a little hasty choosing my name as I had just got back into ponies.

Now that I've thought about it a bit more, I'd really like to be called PreciousFeathers, but I wasn't sure if the 1-year limit applied to new accounts.
