I got my pony and was utterly disappointed and upset with it for the following reasons: It looked throwing together, the FBR did not cover the whole body, and the paint was in the hair on both sides of the head and on the tail, in the eyes which were not painted only the eyelashes were and it didn't even go around the whole eye. The neck had been cut below the neck line and the paint did not cover it and it looked cracked because of it, there was also a cut along her leg. I feel as if you did not take your time to make sure the hair was out of the way and the small details you could have worked harder on. there was also no note in my box to let me know who had actual made her. I do not recommend this person to be in any more custom swaps here at the arena.
