Sold a couple art prints on eBay and got this message from Buyer. I get the part about combining shipping, but what's the other thing she's asking about? Google translate was not helpful. :/

Über Pay Pal ist für beide Versandtgebühr überwiesen worden, könnten sie ein zu viel an Gebühr zurücküberweisen?

Have they sent payment to you via Paypal? I did my best to translate without Google Translate (it really doesn't do well for many languages) and it seems that they may be saying that they have paid for shipping for each item alone, but they are asking if the items may be sent together to reduce the overall shipping cost, and have the subsequent difference refunded back to them.
If no payment has been sent, then I am not sure what they are asking. But I would start there maybe, if you haven't figured it out already. Hope this can help, and good luck!

I am certain both items can be send together?
I paid for shipping for both items via Paypal, could you return the amount that I have paid in excess?
I have to say that their German isn't very good which is why the translation into English doesn't sound well either. ;)

@Libelle : I was wondering why their message seemed so weird to me. I've studied German only a little bit, and thought that I was having a hard time because of that, not because their German isn't very good. Now I know otherwise! :lol:
