DancingPhoenix participated in our rehair swap. Her partner reported being happy with her rehairs. We are leaving a neutral because of concerns about slow communication. She missed the final check-in and shipping deadline, and we could not reach her by pm or e-mail for a couple of weeks. She apologized, confirmed that she had shipped, and acknowledged receipt of her own box but did not post a brag before we finally had to close out the swap.
