Detailed Comment Bought a Funko Glitter AJ from this user August 28th. I was promised a tracking number by the end of the week and never heard from her again until three weeks later when another user had to contact her on Facebook for an update. Shindow admitted she never shipped my pony, gave me an excuse, and promised a tracking number. Two weeks passed with nothing. Poked again and got another excuse and another promise to ship. Again, nothing. October 3rd I finally threatened to file a dispute if I did not get a tracking number by a week after the message, since I was tired of being promised tracking numbers and not hearing from the user. I received a tracking number with another excuse as to why it couldn't be shipped earlier.

In the end I got my pony after the dispute ultimatum with 7 weeks between the purchase and delivery of the pony. While the pony is in less than perfect condition (my fault for not asking for photos) I feel the amount of time, excuses, and broken promises warrant negative feedback.
