I tried to purchase Dutch Baby Rabbit from Suzy but communication was extremely slow. Eventually after payment she finally responded to let me know that she couldn’t find the pony. She gave me the option to get a refund then or wait a little longer. I waited. She later got back to me to say she couldn’t find it but instead of refunding the original transaction, which was in GBP, she sent the money in AUD but it was not the full amount. She then stopped communication entirely.
Thankfully I was smart enough not to sent payment as a “friends and family payment” which I what Suzy wanted. She also did not respond to the PayPal claim which was found to be in my favour. Extremely disappointing that this transaction went so sour and that she just gave up trying to fix the situation. I strongly suggest that no one buy from Suzy online as she clearly isn’t responsible enough to see a transaction through from start to finish.
