Title: What's your favorite baby hippogriff?
Post by: LadyMoondancer on October 14, 2018, 10:27:22 AM: It's a shame that Hasbro only made two of these, and that they were so hard to find in stores! I think they're really cute. I would love it if they had made a hippogriff version of every G4 baby sea pony, since they can transform back and forth in the movie.

I still think they’re adorable and I thought they’d make great playmates for the G4 baby sea ponies. :) My favorite is Flutter Cloud.

Why are they so hard to find in most places? I really want them but I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for them. The only places I can find them online are so expensive for such a little toy. But I must have them!

If the list isn't already too long, I'd really like to be added and get one of each of these babies! How much would that cost, including shipping to the USA?

I would buy them if they appeared here, probably. I never put anything past UK distribution. It operates in a time warp.

But I don't have a favourite since I've never seen either in person.

Sorry I missed this thread entirely, they are $7.99 from an online store, postage from the online toyshop is $6 or free shipping over $100. The hippogriffs sold out in stores near me about 6 months ago.
The currency is NZ dollars so $7.99 is roughly $5.50 us.

Shipping from NZ to the us is $15.49nz for the first 200 grams and about $2.50 per 100 grams after. So depending on how a bulk order would go I guess your looking around $10-12 us per pony delivered to one place in the us

I don't always see replies in a thread but if someone wants to get numbers and do most of the ground work I am happy to buy and post :)

Since there seems to be more interest then there are ponies, I'd ask everyone to limit their ask to 1 of each color per person- and please do not ask to buy one if your intention is to re-sell on ebay. (Normally I have no problem with flippers but in this case, it is too much work for Nancy and I to just be helping people to make a couple of dollars- we are doing this so collectors can get the ponies for less than $20 a pop).

Here in Argentina 4 months ago arrived the baby sea ponies, but all of them to only one chain of toy shops. I mean, it is the only one that has the 4 from EEUU, the european 4 and the 2 hippogriffs, then in only one supermarket I saw the 4 from EEUU.

I bought all the sea ponies but not the hippogriffs, now I´m thinking that I should buy them :lol:

I've never heard of "Gabe's" but I suppose places like that and Ross is where I'd keep an eye (if you are in the US).
