Having a Takara is the ultimate grail of mine but they're so pricey that I don't think it'll ever actually happen! I absolutely adore them though but I don't know if I'd ever have the patience to save up for one, y'know? :P

I'd love to have one! I need to try customizing a calico critter though, I'd love to use them for photography and maaaybe it'll be better to keep the $1000 collectable inside the house.

As if ;) The do appeal to me though, especially in package. Fakies would be fine too, I just haven't found any of them...
That prototype (for lack of a better term, I think it was a pre production run?) that Lady Moondancer found was awesome too!

They're very cute, but I'll pass. They look like they belong to their own unique brand instead of MLP.
Kinda look look like the forerunners of Tokidoki, come to think on it. Plus I hear they're super expensive, so I'll likely never see a real one in my lifetime anyway.

I am not a fan.
I do have one Takara outfit mint in package and it is cute. I have it though because it's in Japanese, not because I like Takara ponies. I thought with my packaging collection, and my studies, it would be wrong to have nothing pony in Japanese.
But I don't like the ponies. They're too moominy for me.

I'm probably the only one, but I actively dislike Takara ponies. Horses with hands are always a hard no for me.

I had the same thought, although more on the lines of zombie ;) Those eyes could scare BBEs into submission.

I adore the takara ponies! I saw one IRL once at a swedish pony meet and got to play with her a bit ^^
Definitely would love to add one (or several) to my collection at some point! Doubtful I ever will, but you know, you never know :lovey:

Well... I'd keep one if it fell out of the sky, somehow :silly:. But otherwise, they're cute and all but there's no way I'd pay the prices they go for, even if I could afford it.

I want a takara soooo badly. It would be the grail upon grails to have one. But it’s too pricey for me. Do you think the people selling these accept human souls as payment? Because that’s how much I’m going to have to pay.

Ahhh the impossible grail. I think they're utterly adorable and would love one, but can nowhere near afford one (and doubt I ever will).
