Well the last TRU exclusive sets were released in Australia and in the UK :) so not technically a US exclusive. With EU shipping, costs from the UK to Netherlands should not be too bad hopefully if you do decide to pick her up.

I'm glad she doesn't come with a doll but... I've kept all the ponies that come in that style box MIB so far and you can't see her cutie mark because of the dress! Maybe I'll have to get 2 to avoid having a dilemma over whether to open her or not. :P

Both of my local A1Comics are packed floor to ceiling with MLP at the moment with 2 whole sections dedicated to what have previously been US exclusive items - from ShadowDash & the Collectors Sets down to the Enterplay Collectors Tins.

My guess she will still cost at least $10 to $12, which is more than a normal pony but less than SOME EQG Dolls if you got it in store.. otherwise she will cost closer to a Fashion Styling pony ._.
I'm kind of basing this off of Shadow Dash's pricing XD For me that pony from TRU's online store cost $10.99.. plus the estimated shipping of $7.99, which makes the sum up to about $18.98--- so needless to say I won't get her, mostly because I'm not taking a 2hr+ drive one way to get a pony :(

I dunno, I can't help but feel that if our toy stores had even half the space the US ones do, then maybe MLP might do better. My sister is really into those Moshi Monsters things and it seems to be the sheer variety of characters and toys that keeps her interested, whereas considering we get such slim pickings on pony characters and all, I could see kids easily becoming bored with the selection and moving onto something else.
Considering how poorly TRU's other exclusives have sold (entirely their own fault for overpricing them) it doesn't surprise me they're not carrying them, but it's a shame that the Entertainer or another chain won't pick them up.
In the mean time...gonna pray TRU Canada pick her up before the end of June so I can grab her before I go home (not likely but, I can hope!)

Oh awesome!! She's the "Favorites Collection" Window box pony!!!! I was wondering who it would be, since we'd seen no hint of a Glow in the Dark pony this year!! And YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!! I don't have to get a doll!! It means she'll be reasonably priced and I don't need to buy a bunch of expensive dolls!! Now, we just need to see this happen with Octavia!!

Saw her at TRU earlier today, from what I could tell through the box she looked to have no eye indents. It looked like there might be a light guideline along the bottom of her glasses, but no typical deep/round earthie indent.

Well I'm pretty disappointed, absolutely none of these at TRU Garden City. I was going to buy her but I can't be bothered, I've never been impressed with TRU and would rather buy my ponies at any other store.
They had the new Equestria Girls Zecora and Talking Queen Chrysalis though... and the large Styling ponies, but they only had one Pinkie and one Fluttershy so high up on the shelves I would have needed a ladder (not very kid friendly). :huh:

If I can get there this weekend I'm going to see if she's at TRU Aspley, surely ONE of the Brisbane stores will get her, although we never got zecora or shadowdash up in Brissie. Melbourne seem to have them though, so at least I can get domestic shipping if it comes to that!

I bought her yesterday !
She is pretty nice although I'm a little disappointed with her dress, the sewing is kind basic, and rather than the collar of her dress being seen on seperately it's just printed on!
But at least we got a new brushie!!!

I just ordered mine :) If you are having issues with free store pick up, and the site says its available, but when you order it is not available for pick up, just shipping, get in touch with the live chat people. They'll help you out :) That's what I had to do.

I want to get her. I am off from work on Tuesday and was going to wait around near the entrance until they open. They don't open until 10am and to get there before they open I have to take a bus that gets me there around 8:50am (well to the nearby dead mall) then I walk there. I am bringing my kindle paperwhite to have something to read but I feel like I'm loitering. I did this one other time and nobody said anything. Plus, I want to see if they have any Elsa dolls before anyone else has a chance to grab any. I think their new shipments come in on Friday so they may already be gone.
Long story short I am hoping to find Photo Finish on Tuesday. ;)

When I went to pick up the one I ordered online from the store, they gave me the Rainbow Dash :yikes: The numbers didn't even match.... Ugh, so I received a refund and have been calling or checking back in to see if she's arrived yet. They have all the other dolls and ponies for the line, just not her :0

I got mine on Tuesday. They only had a few left, before I snagged mine. I am a little disappointed that she isn't more show accurate. I mean, it shows a picture of her on the box with white hair and instead she's been given black and white hair and the dress she is wearing isn't the one she wears on the show. It's not a huge deal I just get :rolleyes: when Hasbro does that kind of stuff.

the black hair is due to the Ponymania line :P maybe we'll get a regular release in the future. But I kinda doubt it :huh:

Yeah, That's what really annoys me about TRU's exclusive offerings this year. I don't really care too much for the Ponymania concept they went for this year, but at least it saves me money as I don't have any interest in the big Collector's set this year with there being no new characters in it, but I don't like that they Ponymania'd out the other 2 toys which have never been released in a normal form before.

It's becoming that I don't go pony shopping while on vacation- I vacation to go pony shopping. I want to travel to Europe for this express purpose... :biggrin: and Japan again (and look harder! last time I found none!)

Also, I don't mind much for non-show accurateness, I would actually prefer one of the uncuts from Hong Kong. I was hoping that with this release they'd come down in price, but so far they're still just shy of $20... way to much for a G4 pony...

But I am in love with Photo Finish :lovey: I just hate her cheap dress :/ good thing I ripped it off as soon as I deboxed her! XD
