Title: PC Sea Shimmer with Float and Brush

Was going through my collection today, completely forgot I got this little cutie from a craigslist score many years ago.  Just wondering what she may be worth with the float and brush.  She isn't discolored at all... it's just the lighting making her head and body slightly different colors.

Dunno how much the float and brush add, but I've seen Sea Shimmer go between 12-18 depending on her condition.
