Title: Non responsive buyer, has anybody heard from them?

The username is aubreysmommy.

They contacted me interested in so soft ponies, I washed many of the ones I had available for sale and sent images. They approved them and we agreed on a price. I sent my payment information and requested their address. And that's the last message from the conversation.

It has now been at least two weeks, and I am growing a little impatient about this situation. I understand that real life happens at times, yes, however they have not informed me about whether or not they are able to pay, or if they changed their mind or anything. Any advice? Thank you.

They were last online a week ago. How were you in contact? Just PM or email?

That's frustrating :(  Maybe something happened in real life so that's why they didn't reply yet, but they have been here since then and communication is so important. If I were you I'd send them another message with "Urgent Please Reply" in the title , and put a time on it- say 48 hours..3 days.. to get a response if you're feeling generous then maybe a week (personally I usually give my buyers 4 days).  If the potential buyer doesn't respond in that time then put the ponies back up for sale. I know it's a pain but it's no good if they aren't even keeping in touch with you at this point  :awake:
