Title: Is this normal?

I have a Italian Butterscotch and I opened her to giver he a good clean inside and out and I notices that they sure didn't want her tail going anywhere with a crap ton of washer over kill. I have never taken the head off and Italian before so is this normal or did they get overly enthusiastic with this pony.

Also, I just now noticed she has an extra off to one side butt hole. from the outside it looks like a pin dot but from the inside in the pictures it looks bigger. Is that an air bubble from when she was molded?

I think some one got carried away with the tail washers in the factory on that Italy tail, but yes it is normal :) Different countries have slightly different ways of fixing the tails in place :) Venezuela just knotted the tails in the middle!
