So this is a bit silly but I figured I'd share it anyway.
Earlier this year, on my birthday, I found a BAB Rainbow Dash in a charity shop. My mother bought her for me as a birthday present. And since then, I have been stalked by Rainbow Dash in charity shops.
Not just Rainbow Dash. Also Rainbow Dash related products. There have been baby toys with Rainbow Dash. Jigsaws featuring Rainbow Dash. Two large styling head Rainbow Dashes. Another BAB Rainbow Dash. There's also been that Rainbow Dash toy that talks and flips over onto her feet. And this doesn't even begin to cover the hordes of Dash at carboot sales (albeit there I admit she has hot competition from Twilight Sparkle, a pony I never see in charity shops).
In fact, it isn't even limited to generation, as I found a styling g3 Dash in a North London charity shop earlier this year, and a core 7 one in another charity shop since my move further south. There have even been ponyville Dashes!
I realise there are a lot of Rainbow Dash products, but I don't see Pinkie Pie half as much as I see Rainbow Dash. And just yesterday, in random charity shops, I found a poseable brushable Dash, a BAB Dash and a styling Rainbow Dash. In three DIFFERENT charity shops in two different towns.
I feel stalked.
Needless to say I do not buy all or even most of these little stalkers, but i did buy the little poseable brushable because her aerobics amused me.
Does anyone else feel stalked by a particular pony or pony related toy in second hand stores??

For me it's Pinkie Pie. I see her everywhere; thrift shops, yard sales, consignment sales, toy shops, etc. From different generations, too. I've even found multiple fakies that are obviously designed to look like her. And, ironically, she's one of my least favorite ponies.:rolleyes:

Its kinda hard not to be stalked, when Hasbro crams these little ***** in our faces 24-7. :mad: For me its been Twilight Sparkle. I've ended up with 5 of them and they all got passed on except for 1, who is going to get customized.
I guess RD as well for both of us. Blindbags, a g3 variant at the swapmeet, 2 packs, clothes.
My daughter can't seem to escape G4 Rarity. From McDonald's, to multiple pack tie-ins, to blindbags. She gets rid of them too. Save for her Magic Scenes Rarity and 2 that have been customized.

I guess it isn't surprising given g4 rereleases but it is just the fact I find dash 20x more than any other mane 6. O.o.

For me it changes at first it was cotton candy, then melody took over for that spot.

No, no-one. To find a My Little Pony in the wild is a major achievement here. Any pony. It's very sad, however I am off to another car boot sale on Sunday so hope is springing once again despite all experiences to the contrary.

I'd rather be stalked by Rainbow Dash (pretty rainbow hair!) than Pinkie Pie, but Pinkie Pie is the one I always seem to find, in various incarnations (G3, G4, 3.5, Ponyville, strange baby toy Pinkie on wheels....)

I have to agree with that to be honest! I hate Pinkie Pie, except the Rainbow Rocks one with all the pretty hair colours because there's a lot less pink.
I don't like G4 Dash's character at all but I always did like the colour scheme from the G3 and the G4. I graduated my first degree with the original G3 Dash in 2003 (she had a cap and gown and everything) and my MA with G4 Dash in 2012 so maybe I feel I have a special connection to her for some reason now. I chose her for graduation in the first place in 2003 because she was the only proper rainbow pony in the original G3 set and my first pony had been Windy in 1984. Little did I know how she would go on to haunt me beyond then...

For me it's McDonald's Twilight Sparkle and G3.5 McDonald's Starsong.

I live in an area that doesn’t have many second hand stores but whenever I go to the store I always find tons of G4 Pinkie and G4 Applejack. Sometimes there aren’t any other poines besides Pinkie and Applejack. Maybe they multiply when they think I might be coming to the store. :lol:

Lately it's been Applejack and Pinkie Pie for me. It seems as though I can't leave the house without seeing either one of them at least once.

I sware Pinkie Pie stalk me too... It drives me nutz because she only pony I avoid due she irrated pink I soo dislike...
