If anyone has bought a TRU exculsive set, you know how hard it is to get the little ones out of the plastic. While taking out Beachberry, her head popped clean off! It goes back on easily, but I found it hilarious. Has anyone else discovered this?

Oh no!! Poor headless pony!
-
Eeekkk! That is rather funny though. At least she's not permanently broken! :)
-
Ahhh! That's terrifying! Someone didn't glue her head on right! LOL! Well, at least it's an easy fix and gets a laugh, eh?
-
I HATE that plastic packaging! I'm not surprised something like this happened.
But even headless ponies are cute. How does Hasbro DO that?
-
Oooh! Scary! :scared:
-
I didn't even know their heads would come off... but at least she's fixable.
-
That is rather scary looking! I didn't even know their heads could come off.
I remember trying to get mine out the of the packaging. My mom tried to help me and ended up breaking a nail!
-
Lol. Headless pony!
I'm glad you can fix her easily.
-
I haven't had this happen with the G4 blind bags, but the G3.5 Ponyville with interchangeable wigs - their heads pop off all the time because the wigs are so hard to get off.
-
That is one LLLLOOOONG neckplug! :silly:
-
That just screams choking hazyard to me but its probably being the mom of a one year old doing it to me.
-
XDDD Poor Beachberry! I noticed their heads were attached this way but I've never attempted to pull one off. I just cut all mine out of the darn packaging! >_<
-
I'd think it would make them easier to customize!
-

Ooooh, I didn't think of this (my kids are passed the age of putting things in their mouths)...........imagine if Hasbro had to 'recall' them all.....gulp!
-
Lol, poor pony. At least it's fixable.
As for a choking hazzard, isn't those blind bags for 3-4 years of age? I don't have kids so I dont know when they grow out of putting small objects in there mouth.
-
OMG that is hillarious! :)
-
Yikes honestly thats disturbing to say the least.
-
lol it's giraffe pony! :P
-
Whoa! What a neck! :faint:
-
Yikes. I thought blind bag ponies were all one piece.
-
What the-?!?!?! How did you do that? Getting the packaging open was a cinch for me, and I tipped the little girls right out! Looks more like a factory error if you ask me.
-
I know its all down to the "make them less steal-able" but come on HB there needs to be a way to release these ponies without risk of decapitation!!!!
-
that's just wow... this just shows both how shoddy Hasbro's factory control is and how paranoid they are about getting their profits.
Really Hasbro? REALLY?
-
Poor pony :( quality control is not one of the strong points with this line that's for sure
-
Oh no.... Headpop!!!!
-
:lmao: poor thing! glad you can fix her!!
-
Aaah first i thought it was broken. But i am glad to read that she isn't.
After knowing that i can laugh at it haha.
-
Looks like a freaky giraffe pony! Eek!
-
scary but never had that happen to me (because we really don't have a tru here! So couldn't get that set)
But Glittery RD did tip me off that the heads could come off ^^;
-
Oh the horror of a headless pony!!!
-
ouch, poor one :( its sad that the quality is that low, my daughter would cry if unpacking a pony like this...
-
Wow that's crazy XD Looks like someone missed the gluing step... I've deboxed 2 packs of these now and never had that happen! (Psst, it's easier to get them out if you flip the bubble card over and push the back of their heads)
-
Eeeek! :yikes:
-
Oh no - poor pony! I'm pleased the head goes back on okay!
-
I don't remember having a hard time getting mine out. But I guess I bought them a long time ago.
-
"there can be only one...." heh, sorry.
Didn't even realize they *could* do that. So a question for those who have done this themselves- how difficult was it? Did they just pop off, or do you have to put some serious force into it?
-
I wondered if they came off easily... I wanna switch some around actually. XD
-
that packaging is annoying, isnt it?
-
omg LOL im waiting for that to happen to these darn g4 brushables, im always wrestling with them trying to get them out of that horrorable packageing .
i have a G3 ponyville scootaloo that pops of all the time, if the kids get into them the head is always on the other end of the house to the body LOL
btw just imagine having to pass a pony head
-
LMFAO!
-
Looks like you got a little too excited there anylynnamylynn! :P
Poor pony!
-
Oh wow, I didn't know their heads could be removed that easily! I didn't even know they were attached like that! I guess that's good news for customizers though? It could be fun to swap the heads of different ponies to make more poses....
-
Oh dear XD now you can make a giraf out of it!
-
OMG! That makes me not want to take them out the packaging now!
-
I HATE that plastic packaging! I'm not surprised something like this happened.

My friend has been telling me about how his father designs that dreaded packaging!! I was like... if he ever works on ponies.. he should knock it off!
-
I'm glad the head easily goes back on. My set is still in the packaging, but now I'll know to be extra careful pulling them out when I open them.
-
!!! wow, didnt expect that! I wonder if that makes customising them any easier?
-
yikes, I was thinking choking issue too. My youngest son got a blind ball Sonic Figure - the stupid arms/feet kept coming off. I ended up supergluing the thing together
-
Thanks for showing how they can come apart. *rubs hands together* I plan on making molds out of them for customs.... someday.
-
AAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!
-
That just screams choking hazyard to me but its probably being the mom of a one year old doing it to me.
LOL I do think the whole pony would fit into the choking hazard tube, never mind just a head.
That is a rip, would make customizing then easy though.
