Title: My Little Kiwi intro

As you can see from my name I am a kiwi (New Zealand born) although I live in Kallangur, Brisbane, QLD, Australia. I have a vinyl/bicycle loving husband and a vehicle/pony loving 2.7 year old son and a 7 month old future pony loving daughter ( she will have no choice!).
I’m currently on Maternity leave from being a special needs teacher, a job that I love.
I have only been collecting mlp since the end of February this year thanks to a visit to my best friend in New Zealand who collected as a child and again as an adult.... I fell in love with her collection all over again! Also some retro lunchbox and drink bottle stuffs Santa bought my then 4 month old daughter didn’t help.
I only collect G1’s, I still have a very small collection 21 in Australia and propbaly twice as many waiting to be posted by my brother in America. Currently the jewel in my crown is the South African Bow Tie I found in the wild however she will be admired for the short term as she is now up for sale.
My friend said give up now.... you have achieved in 2 months what some people dream of their whole collecting lives. Lol

I am totally enjoying my return to my childhood and a large display cabinet has been bought so it looks like I won’t be stopping any time soon. Thanks for letting me into your secret club! Lol
