I was wondering how long it takes for feedback to be approved and if mods are still transferring from the old form.
I've had people leave feedback but yet to show up, so I would like to know how long to wait to ask them to try again.

I think feedback is having to be checked manually by Loa and other site admin at the moment....for that reason I would imagine they have A LOT to work their way through [I do not envy anyone such a task!!]
I know I have left feedback for other members in the last 2-3 weeks or so and its only showing up now...so I would imagine it will be a matter of it showing up eventually just give it a couple of weeks.

Hathorcat is right - it still has to be checked manually by admin at the moment, so it will show up, but its taking a while to go through it all :awake: . Hopefully it will start to show for you soon :hug:

As Ringlets said, it has to be done manually - and there's about 50 pages of feedback to be sorted. Please do not submit feedback again if you've already done so, as that just slows us down further - having to clean up those kind of messes.

I have one quick question about feedback too. Should all the feedback from the old Arena be transferred by now? I have one thing of feedback on the old forum that looks like it hasn't been moved and I was just curious. I understand I have to be patient, but I just don't want it to get lost. :P

Nothing is lost, everything is still in the Old database. And no, we still have lots of FeedBacks that was not automatically moved in the FB transfer. Did you have other usernames at the Arena? Do you have some of your old feedback but not all? i think i have left feedback for you, but i haven't gotten a message saying it was approved yet. So either its taking a really, really long time or i forgot but thought i did.
