Title: ID help - plastic horse w/light up flowers

I was wondering if anyone know what this horse is? It's marked Empire Industries 1995 on the inside of the back leg and stands about 7 inches tall. She takes 2 AAA batteries in her belly and the flowers in her hair and jewel on her forehead light up and flash when you move the piece under her chin.

Thanks OL1! I knew she wasn't a Fashion Star Filly and the only thing I could find for Empire was Grand Champions which were not colorful at all but I didn't know they had this line! It looks like this is Aurora:
