Queen Eclipsia purchased a Dazzle Glow from me, paid immediately, and was very friendly to work with. Upon receiving her, she decided she did not like her and politely requested a refund. Dazzleglow was returned to me in exactly the condition she was mailed in extremely promptly, and a refund was processed immediately.
Overall, this was a VERY positive experience for me as a seller. I am very pleased that this member took the time to message me about her concerns.
