Title: Who is this Barbie horse?

I came across this Barbie horse, and I can't seem to find any information about her. Can you guys help me out?

She's marked Mattel inside her leg, and is dated 1999 (or possibly 1989, can't see it super clearly).

I believe that is Sunflower from the Brushable Beauties set. :> She's very cute, congratulations!
